Quinta de São Pedro

Quinta do Sao Pedro is a beautiful find! We stayed for three nights as our daughter was competing in a gymnastics competition in Almada. We found a rural idyll in close proximity to Almada and Lisbon centre. Easy access from the train stations by taxi (Bolt), lovely farm and beautiful setting. We loved the animals and the natural pool. We swam and watched all the frogs ! Benjamin and his wife laid on an amazing breakfast for us. As we were almost the only guests it was a special experience. Quiet privacy but combined with a youth hostel type vibe.

This is one of the most amazing stays I've ever stayed in. I had a great time here with colleagues. The accommodations were really very nice and also very clean, with a nice mix of modern and authentic and yet very comfortable to stay. The total complex itself is really special with details such as the gardens, the beautiful natural swimming pool, the pizza oven, barbecue bar, fireplace and much more. Due to the diversity in accommodations you were very flexible and you can go there with all kinds of groups, there is a pleasant mix of privacy and group activity. As a group, we were even able to work in a relaxed way with part of the team, the facilities were also very suitable. The whole experience was perfect and with a unique and relaxed atmosphere. I was here to organize a team building activity for my company and the host even actively supported in arranging all team building matters. Help was given in choosing and arranging activities, groceries were taken care of in advance, various meal times and breakfast with fresh rolls was also completely arranged. The group consisted of about 20 men/women and each colleague had a few very nice days here. Are you looking for something for a group, up to 30 people, then this accommodation is very suitable and the price-quality ratio is more than excellent; a 10+. Upon arrival at Lisbon airport, even the shuttle bus was arranged by Benjamin, just like for the way back. With normal traffic you are in Lisbon in about 20 minutes and places such as Cascai or Sintra (UNESCO World Heritage) are also within easy reach. I would definitely like to come back here again, for example with friends and their families. A must for everyone! p.s. also the accessibility is alright, for example when in a wheelchair.

We had an amazing stay at Benjamins place ! All communication before our stay was really clear and quick replied on. We were a group of 16 people training for a triathlon experience and were able to prepare as well physically as mentally during our stay: Benjamin arranged mountainbikes for our amazing tour in the neigbourhood, explained us the use of the pool on site and prepared us amazing meals during our stay! Rust na het bezoeken van Lissabon. De zwemvijver is fantastisch. Heerlijk verse vis gegeten in een restaurant in de buurt, aangeraden door Benjamin. Lekkere tomaten en paprika's uit de tuin mogen plukken. Niet ver van de zee. Fijne plaats!

Nos sorprendió el establecimiento para bien y encajó perfecto con nuestro plan. Sitio especial y tranquilo que supone un buen cambio para el urbanita. De reservar una habitación familiar grande para cinco personas, nos encontramos con una casita propia y casi independiente.

Die Quinta liegt in der Einflugschneise zum Flughafen Lissabon. Es herrscht bis spät in die Nacht und wieder ab dem frühen Morgen Fluglärm. Und auch wenn ein Bauernhof Hunde braucht, so sind hier die Hunde unerträglich laut. Zumindest mein Zimmer ist primitiv. Die Wassertemperatur lässt sich kaum regeln - entweder brühend heiß oder eiskalt.

Alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd, netjes en nog veel mooier en beter dan op de foto's. Hebben hier een mooie tijd gehad, mede door de goede service van de eigenaren die erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam waren. Alle kamers en ruimtes waren erg netjes en sfeervol. Deze plek is écht een aanrader!
