Hotel facility is running down. Carpet is dirty. Breakfast is cold and very limited.

For an 2 hour early arrival asked me $50. And did not gave me 30 min for checkout in the morning every 5 minutes they kept coming back.

Well, my trip was sad to stay at your hotel was not sad. Excellent service very nice room. A little bit of noise from fellow Travelers. But not too much.

The pool looked green and unmanaged. The room we stayed in was 90 degrees even though we set the thermostat to 60. The shower head had some serious calcium buid up and had poor water pressure. But the staff was friendly enough and the complementary breakfast was ok.

check in was amazing and all the staff were very welcoming and extremely accommodating! would definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling, very convenient, very easy parking and within very close proximity to food options and shopping

TO be honest i never got to stya there for there was a Driven BAN for the snow Storm OK YES BUFFALO &Cheektowaga ,New,York had driven ban
