Holiday Inn Guanrong Chengde Mountain Resort

The lobby was fancy and clean, and the front desk staff were friendly, even though they didn't speak any English Check-in as a foreign was hassle-free. The breakfast buffet was typical Chinese hotel breakfast food, just normal, but lacking in fresh fruit. It's close enough to the Mountain Scenic area to walk. I have two complaints, though. I had a windowless room, and it smelled awful inside, and the ventilation fan didn't help get rid of the smell. Also, the shower door wouldn't close all the way, so it left a huge puddle on the bathroom floor every time I took a shower. It was uncomfortable taking a shower while trying to hold the door shut as much as possible, too. The room was clean, when I checked in, though, and cleaned daily. I could hear some noise from guests in other rooms, like loud talking and toilets flushing. It would definitely be better if I had gotten a room with windows, to help get that smell out. It's easy to walk along the river from this hotel's location, though.

位置還是挺好找的，能步行到山莊，可以免費停車。有機器人服務，挺有意思的倒是。房間裏能看見外面的藍天白雲，小別墅了感覺也是。外面有河，夜景不錯。前台解決事挺快的，會提供遊玩小功略，感覺值得一住吧。

位置：比較優越，酒店前有條河，説是承德的母親河，晚上溜達散步看夜景很美。步行去避暑山莊很方便。旁邊有超市，酒店內有餐廳，一天三頓都在酒店吃的，菜品豐富，菜價可以接受，比較推薦。 服務：前台微笑服務很親切，很熱情，承德遊玩攻略給講解的明明白白，沒做攻略的直接問她們就好，告訴了wifi密碼和電話號碼，説有事情和前台溝通。 房間：衞生很乾凈，被子有陽光的味道，床舒服，一覺睡到天亮 停車：有停車場有很負責安保師傅。 環境：大廳很高大尚，優美安靜舒適，休息大廳聽鋼琴曲真的挺好。 總體：很滿意的一次入住，下次如果來還住這裏，推薦
