Nini, the housekeeper, provided meticulous and thoughtful service. The hotel’s location is also excellent, with convenient transportation. It’s highly recommended. You can do your own laundry too!

Huahua, Bread and 11 is very helpful. The hotel location is super close to the pedestrian street. Might be a bit confusing for cars but Didi knows. The hotel will assign a butler for you whom you can contact 24hours with help. The room is nice exactly like the photos, however if the room didn’t label as Taikooli view it will be only city view.

I was impressed by the service here - butler 小虎 did an amazing job at taking care of my needs (contactable on WeChat at any time) and housekeeping was very thorough in keeping the apartment clean and well stocked, which is not an easy job for a loft style flat. Thanks to 花花 as well for the smooth check out.

Incredible secenery and also the staff are extremely friendly, you also get your takeaways delivered to your doorsteps by robots or staffs location is super convenient as well. travel buses, subways,shopping centres all beneath the building.

Was a fantastic stay and 100% worth the price. Any time again. The hotel staff was amazing especially Bread and our butler Eleven. The room was clean and big enough. The only things could be improved would be a door to the bathroom as it’s more like a curtain. better flooring as they didn’t leave up to the same standard as the rest. A stronger soundproof door to the room would be better. The Design of the room was amazing and highly recommended especially we liked the Harman Soundsystem and will also buy it for our home.
The View was also outstanding
