We arrived late around midnight, the front service warmly greeted us and prepared beforehand warm water and midnight dessert for us.
The check in process was quick and simple, show your passport and you will be guided to your room.
The room is very clean, though slightly small as there is not much room to open up luggage. The basic amenities are all equipped, and there is free snacks and milk. The bed was comfortable and the beddings are clean and comfortable.
One odd thing is the toilet, it’s kinda see through glass so you can see through people showering , but we don’t mind. The basin is located outside of the toilet, and the toilet bowl is located separately from the shower. The water heater is strong, warm water was easily accessible and water pressure is strong. The room is not very noisy, there is two layers of curtain to fully block the sunlight. There is washing machine and dryer provided, which looks clean and in good condition.
The front counter was very helpful in helping us receiving our parcels which is ordered on taobao. There is hot ginger jujube tea provided in the morning, which is very warm and delicious in this cold weather.

I have travelled extensively throughout Southeast Asia and China, staying from low budget hotels to luxury big names. But this is the first time I actually felt the warmth from the service provided by a hotel! The bed is super comfortable, the design is beautiful, and the room is super clean. Breakfast is extremely affordable and delicious, with the server keep on asking about our needs. We even got a handwritten note on the second day of our stay, asking about how our stay was! Mandarin is not my first language, but I still tried to write back to express my thanks to them. Thank you so much Nostalgia Hotel Chengdu. My family absolutely loved it here and will return when we are here again! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The hote is located near metro and tourist places is convenient The place is quiet and within the old district. There are several tea houses, local markets
I will recommend my family to stay in this hotel.

Strategic location, walking distance to Kuan Zai Alley. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean.

The room is clean and comfortable. Kind staff and services provided by the hotel (including little tidbits and supper and coffee machine). Great hotel, just a little off the Kuanzai Alley.

Hotel service is very good.
Provide free laundry service.
Daily room service with free water, tibbits and also small gift to make you feel warm.
The hotel also provide free supper, coffee and tea.
Simple breakfast serve with limited choices but its enough for us.
Room is a bit small. We have 2 big luggage 24" n 28" need to put on the chair.
It is very convenient to grab food to room. The robot will delivery the food to your room.
Location is just oposite big road from KuanZhai Alley. You need to walk about 10mins. The road is a bit dark but OK for us walk with big group.
Near to MRT Tonghuinstation with walking distance also about 10 to 15mins.
Near to People Park with walking distance 10 to 15mins.
Overall satisfied

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! I love their hospitality.
After I mentioned that I couldn’t sleep well due to a little noise, they upgraded me to a better room. They also provided me with warm pads when I was feeling cold, and there’s even a late-night supper!
Every time I return, it truly feels like home. Thank you so much!
