The hotel is okay if staying for one night only. The ac in the room showered water when switched on and the bed and the floor got wet because it knew that outside temperature is more than 40 degrees so it made the room all nice and wet for comfortable stay. The room also has a pet for us - a big rat, so you don't feel alone. No tissue paper in the toilet, no soap and shampoo provided - so you have to bath using water only.

I had very bad experience it was not at all worth paying 4k, in entire hotel i could see only one person

Hotel location is good, room service not satisfactory interiors are poorly maintained. Service staff is good

Rooms are okay. but bathroom cleaning was not good. bad smell in rooms and bathroom. no one was there in reception. owner was doing the work on phone call. I will not suggest this hotel to anyone .also no tea, coffee sachet in room. kettle was not operating. AC water was coming out. it's smell was too bad😞

No basic aminities like soap etc provided. Bath towel was used one. No water. Very bad experience. No food, not even tea available

My experience was pretty average. Pros:
it's location is near to koyambedu bus stand. Room was clean. I did not find any other pros. Cons:
firstly, they were not able to accommodate just 1. 5hrs of early check-in, they charged rs. 1000 extra (which is almost the base price of the room per night. Life was not working. Tv had only one channel, remote was not working. There was no room cleaning service. Basic facility of water was also not provided. They only used to give 1 water bottle during breakfast. Breakfast was packaged, and you would get bored eating the same items on daily basis. Bathroom door bulged and we were unable to lock it from inside. I could have booked a better hotel considering the 1k additional i paid on day 1 for early check-in.

Had a terrible experience at ksqaure hotel, firstly service was worst they were not ready listen properly. Second- lift was not working we had to use staircase that too for 3rd floor and we had elderly people with with us. Third -washrooms were not clean, towels were dirty and even the taps were broken. Forth - the floor and carpet were dirty, pungent smell was there all over the room. We suggest not book this hotel under any circumstances.
