Hotel le Cercle

Our stay started off very promising as the receptionist was very friendly. The entrance was welcoming. Now for the criticism, on entering the room, which was non-smoking, it stank of cigarettes. There was no other room available so we were forced to take it. The room was on the small side. The shower had excellent pressure and worked well. As compensation, the breakfast was thrown in, but choice was limited and coffee was not great. We were surprised by the excellent reviews this hotel received, which prompted my wife to book it. It has the potential to be a great hotel but attention to detail is paramount. I would have liked to have written a more positive review because of the approach of the receptionist on our arrival, but unfortunately cannot do so.

The BEST HOTEL for years! A really superb hotel; I am mildly disabled and to me it was perfect for Bed & Breakfast. The staff were cheery, extremely considerate and helpful, 5*, everything to make it easy for me. A wonderful bedroom, lovely mattress, fantastic shower, easy to use, with seat and a huge space. The buffet breakfast was the best I've experienced in Europe ! A very large choice of foods and drinks, the poached-eggs were the very best I've experienced -- I felt compelled to ask the secret and generously was told! Yum Yum! Car parking opposite was expensive but large free parking over the road by statue of Napoleon. Town/cafes/shops 5 minutes walk. A truly wonderful hotel, I'll be very pleased to return.

Very comfortable hotel in a great location. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. Bar is open until 0100hrs every day . I did not have the breakfast as there was no options for vegans but there is a buffet breakfast available. Room was nicely decorated and the facilities were very good. Room was also nice and warm upon arrival... Important when you get off a motorcycle after 700km in rain and cold!

La façade ne donne pas envie... mais l'intérieur est au top. Les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées. La salle de bains est grandes également. Les salles de réunion sont très bien. Le petit déjeuner et la salle sont parfaits. Les prix sont convenables. L'emplacement est parfait à quelques pas du port et du centre ville.

Je remercie beaucoup l équipes exemplaires très accueillantes très à l écoute Nous avons passé un très bon séjour face à la mer à proximité de tout restaurant A environ 10 minute de la gare SNCF ,les bus juste devant l hôtel

Très bel hôtel, très propre, jolie déco, petit déjeuner continental varié et bon. les chambres sont très calmes et les salles de bain spacieuses./ Un personnel très gentil et compétent. Rapport qualité/prix impeccable. Je recommande.

1 nuit dans une chambre au 3ème vuesur la place, très confortable. Bel accueil, à l'arrivée 23 sept,au départ dimanche 24 sept ....professionnels, efficacité Bravo aux 2 filles. Petit déjeuner buffet avec du choix, sucré et salé. L’emplacement est au top, proche du centre ville pour se restaurer et/où se balader. Je recommande. Merci encore, Madjid

Très bon hotel situé près du centre de Cherbourg et à moins de 10 minutes de la cité de la mer. Les chambres sont confortables et silencieuses. Très bon accueil. Petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité. Nous avions pris 2 chambres communicantes, très pratiques et spacieuses avec nos 2 petits enfants. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon.

Deux nuits dans une chambre de standing, très confortable. Bel accueil, room service parfait. Petit déjeuner buffet avec du choix, sucré et salé. Seul bémol, les WC qui sont séparés (bonne chose) sont relativement petits, il ne faut pas être trop grand.. L’emplacement est au top, proche du centre ville pour se restaurer et/où se balader. Je recommande.
