Decent hotel in Chetumal, but I think can be better. Pillows and bed are on the soft side, and hotel is probably a bit old so it has a smell. Conveniently located across the Mayan museum and probably one of the better hotel in chetumal. Wifi is very intermittent.

Great hotel. Very clean and centrally located to great walking distance.

I love this hotel and have stayed here multiple times over the years. I am looking forward to the changes/improvements that the new management is incorporating. This hotel is centrally located between several popular distilleries and within walking distance of several great local bars/restaurants. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I only have one suggestion. Please stop closing the breakfast bar early. On weekdays it closes at 10 am, but the staff started removing the food by 9:20-9:30. This rushes the hotel patrons and could leave a negative impression.

The house doesn’t care at all if you are able to sleep or not! First of all: there is nobody working at the bar/restaurant during Covid. Ok. Would have been great to know that. But apparently it is totally ok if people are sitting in the garden, screaming their lungs out, way after midnight. That was our first night. In the morning at breakfast (which is supposed to be included), we found out, that you have to choose between an orange juice OR a (really) small fruit - plate! Seriously???? You have to pay extra if you want to have both!The rest of the breakfast includes toasted bread with butter (of course not real butter), jam, and eggs. But if you don’t want to have plain eggs, you have to pay extra. So don’t be greedy and ask for cheese or something like that! And the waiter was the first one during our trip, that couldn’t wear his mask properly, so his nose was out the whole time. Do we need to pay extra for that too? The second night a bus arrived at midnight and again there was screaming trough the whole building. The boy at the reception-desk just looked at me, and didn’t say a word, when I asked him for help to stop the yelling. Never again! And if you still decide to (try) to sleep here, make sure you are not on the second floor near the ice-machine. because that is, of course, also extremely loud too. Bring ear plugs! And drinks. So you can party in the garden the whole night. That would be the best place to do that. They don’t care at all.

De titel zegt het al. Kamers zijn niet al te fris en gedateerd. Vooral de badkamer was erg goor, schimmel op het plafond en smerige vlekken. Daarnaast is het op de kamer ook niet erg schoon (veel vuil in de hoeken). Daarnaast zijn de kamers zeer gehorig. Personeel daarentegen is zeer vriendelijk en spreekt over het algemeen goed Engels. Ontbijt is prima in orde.

El hotel es muy bonito y grande la alberca es helada la ubicación es muy lejana a la playa pero los taxis son baratos el servicio es bueno el desayuno es bueno el internet es pésimo la cafetera funciona pero te ponen literal un café sin azúcar ni palito para moverle fatal pero así pasa cuando un hotel es de paso literal es para no volver

Necesitan actualizarse, detalles pequeños como cambiar la televisión viejísima por al menos smart tv, en la junior suite, nos haría la estancia más placentera. El lugar limpio pero definitivamente necesitan un poco de mantenimiento.

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit dans cet hôtel et fort heureusement pour nous pas une de plus. Les chambres ne sont pas propres, sans compter la salle de bain qui présentait des traces de moisissures. Impossible de prendre une douche vu Le faible débit de l'eau ! Continuons sur la lancée du petit déjeuner, composé seulement d'une assiette de fruit et d'une omelette vraiment mauvaise ! Bref, un hôtel à oublier !
