I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff were friendly, the room was great and the pool and gym area were clean.

Excellent services. Allowed 1 hr early checkin and provide bellhop services. The room is neat and clean but lightning needs improvement at nighttime. The sun shines throughout in the afternoon to provide natural light. AC is excellent.
The luggage storage is in a safe room which I appreciate. Unlike most hotels that luggage storage in in open lovey where theft can easily occur.
The room price is more expensive than most of its peer. I never try the breakfast because of the bad reviews.

The staff in all sections are extremely professional, especially front desk team and room service team. Room was nice and I would like to suggesting, please consider to put arms chairs or small sofa at the big window. Bed is comfortable good quality of materials, bathroom is very good with shower and big bathtub good quality of products. Additionally room is clean and tidy. Price with the service qualities is perfect valuable.

Pros
- Convenient location, take only 5 minutes to One Ninman.
- Room tidy but a little bit small.
- a bit far from old city and pickup service from local tour may not cover Ninman area, but staff helpful and help book tour to national park snd cooking class
Cons
- need to be careful when taking shower because there is only a narrow glass separator and water easily spilled out and make floor wet.
Others:
- We did not book breakfast
Overall great stay with the budget.

Super near the one Nimman. A lot of good restaurants and coffee shops around hotel. Night life also superb.

The hotel is nice and clean. The location is very convenient to commute, not dangerous to walk there.
The only one thing I hope is the breakfast manu should be more various.

Nimman area is a good place to stay, about 10mins from the old city area however it is peaceful and quiet. Hotel is big and service is great. Rooftop pool views were amazing. There is massage salons and 7-11 within walking distance from the hotel too, so it was convenient to get snacks.
