房間乾淨，採光明瞭，花園式酒店，有游泳池和健身房，但是健身房設備比較少，如果離游泳池比較近可能會比較吵，綜合來看入住體驗還是比較不錯的，前台服務也比較熱情。

Property is older and needs a remodel. Shower and toilet drain slowly. Noise from pool is excessive.

Cold coffee , waiters speaking Badillo words , tvs remote control useless, Security takes luggage without asking that way forcing a service that should be offered before.
Wont ever go back anyway.

Room condition was terrible. Old and untidy. People with very Loud music in the pool. Room had No microwave, no fridge, bathroom faucet half broken, no phone, so you cannot contact any hotel services, no hair dryer, unless you go to reception and put a $400 MXP deposit, sarcastic front desk person, and this is only 2 hours into the first night! Radisson Casa Grande used to be a very clean, well-maintained, and equipped hotel, and not the cheap motel it is now... Depending how the night goes with the noisy pool gang, may decide to go to a decent hotel tomorrow and challenge the charge from the 2nd night I already paid....very frustrating, ******* partner hotels tend to be very decent...

My reception was not good, Hotel is very expensive, it does not has coffee service at rooms, breakfast not included and very expensive for the food offered.
I won’t return ever.

They charged additional fees for additional people in my room, but didn't provide enough towels. We had 2 beds, and one of the bed sheets were dirty. The air conditioner was super noisy, and seemed not to function properly. Property seems really old, dirty, outdated and parking is a bit limited. There is a guard gate, but no guard on watch. There is no complimentary breakfast and does not offer in room coffee like most hotels offer. I needed to extend my stay one more night, but Orbitz could not accommodate. I went to the front desk and the additional night rate was way more than my night per stay. Will look to stay somewhere else on my next stay.

We have been staying in Casa Grande in our way to my parents house and our stay is always pleasant. The people is very friendly. It has a restaurant and the food is amazing.
