Okay so this place is an absolute scamster. We booked our stay by Malnad stays with advance payment and on the day of our booking they cancelled and sent us to this fraud hotel. This hotel charged us extra 9k. Later when we have been asking for the refund, they are now telling they never received the money. They entire business is a fraud

After our kids exams though t some relaxation outing. We decided to stay in Binary Exotica based on reviews. It’s was relaxing stay, very smily and cooperative staffs. Resort is kind of new and well maintained with full green lush. Definitely recommend resort.

Rooms are good over all ambeince is maintained well , especially food is very good we have taken spa therapy also which was very relaxing and smooth Over all I would recommend this property to my friends and family best stay at chickmagaluru,

The resort is very quiet and serene with several options provided. Conference hall is very good and the facilities are really nice. We came on a official tour and the experience we had was very good and we all had a sotisfying trip as a whole...

It was very nice experience,i have visited ***** with my friends we enjoyed lot ,staffs are very cooperative and friendly nature and loveable also,food was nice and it's very tasty will recommend for others also and resort is very near to city, we had lot of fun.

Superb place to chill with friends and family Rooms are spacious and clean Swimming is maintained very well Food was amazing , nearby to city and all tourist places in and around chickmagalur, I would really suggest all my friends and family members to enjoy this property

I visited this property with my family....I love the service in each area but.....especially in restaurant area.....the way of talking was polite and comfortable.....their service was awesome.....mainly Mr ganesh taken care of all our family members.....I think....that every resort wants this kind of person to achive high.

The stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The crew members were friendly. Great hospitality. The ambience of the hotel was very pleasant and neat as well. There were many picturesque spots on the hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. The Chef Kavita made sure that the Restaurant food is served well, with great care. Overall, it was a great experience. Special mention to the supervisor Prafulla who was extremely sweet and pleasant.

Rooms were maintained clean before check-in. Great ambience and good atmosphere to stay over the weekends. Staffs were kind and good to help us. Loved the stay and would like to visit again in the future.
