Regular business traveller called on Friday 22nd March late afternoon to book a room for Sunday, to be told by the Manager” only 1 room would be clean on Sunday, and it was take it or nothing .” I chose nothing because room on that side get noisy from trucks on highway. Since found some great cabins in Chinchilla so I will not be back for the room or food from hotel !!!!!

I would recommend Club Motor Inn to everyone. Brilliant staff, rooms magnificent and on the door step of The Club Hotel, what more could you ask for

We loved the quality of the room and its size. The motel is in the main street of Chinchilla and close to Woolworths Supermarket. Having a microwave in the room made it easy to get and heat your own meals without having to go to the hotel.

Family unit opened up gives 3 bedrooms and is spacious and gives room for each to spread out and not be cramped.

As a regular, I stay every month for work. Latest stay was disappointing, to say the least. My bar fridge smelt like disgusting garlic that had been regurgitated which permeated through my room. I found Maccas wrappers under the bed and huge yellow stain on my sheets. I found hair in my bathroom and the general appearance was not of the same standards I’m accustomed to. Plates sprawling everywhere and overflowing trolleys which made walking past difficult in the perimeters. Restricting wheelchair access. I would have complained to reception but I find the ladies rude and unfriendly. As for the manager, he’s such a narcissist, that speaks to the staff disrespectfully. I heard him carrying on ‘he’s the boss he’s the boss’ like a 2 year old child. I ordered a steak medium rare and it was overdone, and on my last trip I didn’t receive my breakfast order, which is annoying when you are on the road travelling between country towns. I’m so annoyed I’m taking my business elsewhere and suggest to other to do the same. Standards have dropped.

The accommodation was modern and extremely clean. Close to restaurant and within walking distance to shops.
Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay and being close to the pub for dinner was great. Our room was very clean and staff were very helpful.
