The hotel is small. There are beautiful trees in the small courtyard. Ideal for a summer holiday, but also good in the spring. The wood-burning sauna is wonderful. We asked in advance what temperature we liked. There was herbal tea. The deluxe room is excellent. There is a bath. Close to the city center. Five minutes and you are near the Arc de Triomphe. You can sit on the balcony. There are no particular shortcomings, maybe only there is not enough kettle in the room. In addition, the dishes break easily because the coating is tile. The interior is quite pleasant, in a loft style. Breakfast takes place in a small restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. All dishes are delicious. There were boiled vegetables, sausages, cereal, hard-boiled eggs, sausage, cheese. Tea and coffee are also at the same level. The administrators create a friendly a**osphere in the hotel.

I booked this hotel for 7 nights and while being there, my trip was shortened by 1 day. My assistant asked if we could shorten the stay with one day and if this would be charged. The hotel manager answered ”We confirm to cancel the last night and it will not cost for this change.” So, I supposed that the last night was not charged. And indeed, the hotel bill was lowered from 18.900 MDL to 16.200 MDL. However, the credit card amount, converted in Euro was equivalent to 18.900 MDL. When asking to correct this, the hotel manager stated that they do charge for the last night because it was a non-refundable rate but they did not charge anything for changing from 7 to 6 nights. (???? non-refundable OK but never experienced a hotel charging for shortening a stay, this was a nonsense argument !!!) In essence, the hotel manager just thought that we would not check what was really charged to the credit card. Hotel Manager: ... do not take people for stupid ... sorry, you just lost one client, ... and I guess others who go through the reviews!

My stay at the hotel : No elevator , no toiletries , no napkins , no water . Good thing next to it , go and buy .Everything on the site says that is included in the cost , and not in the living.The only plus is pure . In the bed room , the mattress is terrible , all in springs , it is impossible to lie . On the respiratory girl Yulia , not welcoming , not even greeting and this staff member is respiratory ? ! It's as if she came home to her. The appearance is not fit for the hotel , not presentative , not even a badge of name (and I am 4 stars for a minute)It doesn't even sit in its workplace , it is always not on the respiratory.I want to pay attention to the hotel management , Whom they take to work .And so you can stay without customers .I do not recommend anyone for such money ,stay in this hotel .

Stayed a total of 8 (5+3) nights - this was my base for exploring Moldova. Located a short walk from the main railway station, many shops and restaurants, and a longer walk from the main city sights. Secluded and quiet location. Very spacious rooms. Amenities included refrigerator and electric kettle. Sufficient number of electric outlets. Comfortable bed and pillows. Well lit desk areas. Bathroom with everything in working order in the first room, slow draining shower in the second room. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. As for the negatives, both rooms were on the top floor and had sloped ceilings and sky lights. Especially in the second room, the sloped ceiling came down very low especially near the table area, and I hit my head a couple of times. The sky lights make using an eye mask essential if you don't want to wake up very early. Both rooms had big metal saddles between the room and the bathroom, which can cause tripping, especially at night. Good wifi. Pleasant, helpful staff. Overall a very good value.

Good place for the money they charge. Employees were super friendly. Hotel is perfect if you need to stay a day or so until you continue your trip. 10 minutes drive from North Bus Station and 25 from the airport. Receptionist Elena made me a box with my breakfast, which was so nice)

i shall start with the positives , staff are super friendly , breakfast is great with good variety , parking is available , room space is convenient , what i didnt like , major hotel toiletries were not available , thin walls is a big problem in this hotel , you can literally here your neighbors next door , for light sleepers like myself is not easy to get a good night sleep , finally the location is far enough from the city center , although its closer to the airport and the Malldova ( if u re into shopping )

The hotel is fine, the room was clean, the bed was comfy and it was quiet at night. But... I did give it only 3 stars why? Well, its the little things that make a hotel stay pleasant, and all during my stay i encountered the things that made me go, duh.. not good. First we arrived late at night, we got our room on the fifth floor, only... the elevator didnt work, so how am i supposed to get to my room without a lift... carring the luggage 5 floors was unfun. And then the little things: 1. The water pressure is low, so taking a shower takes a while. Even the toilet takes 5 mins to refill. 2. The lights, in the elevator are dark blue, so you cant really see what floor you are pressing. 3. The lights again, on each floor the lights turn off if there is no movment, but its really quick, so me fumbling for the key 3 secs means i now search for the key in the dark or dance a bit so lights will come back on. 4. The trash can, well its there but the step lever doesn't work so you have to open it with your hand. There were a few more little but annoying things so if you don't mind a bit of the small things, the hotel is cheap and clean.

GGuest UserIt was my first time in Moldova. Any member of staff I came into contact with, either on the front desk, or in the bar/restaurant spoke very good English. The staff on the reception were particularly helpful. They were happy to help with a late check out as I'd a late flight and also with ordering a taxi to the airport. The room was spacious. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Coffee machine and a kettle in the room. Minibar is well stocked with snacks if you don't want to walk to the shops (although there are shops within walking distance of the hotel). Handy location for the train station. It's within walking distance if you get the overnight train from Bucharest. City centre a bit of a walk, but not too far. About 20 minutes walk to the Triumphal Arch. About 30 minutes walk to the Museum of Ethnography & Natural History. Overall, one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in. The reception staff in particular are brilliant. Nothing is any trouble for them and I'd gladly stay again.

GGuest UserVery good Chișinău hotel. The breakfast was unique, plentiful, and cultural! I can’t say enough about it. The hotel itself is charming and the rooms are equal in charm. Clean with all the amenities. The location was perfect if you want to get away from the city center business. It’s right next to a big park centered around a lake lovely for an evening stroll or jog. Nicholas the receptionist speaks good English. Fairly priced. If your looking for a good non-corporate mid-range hotel in Chișinău, I recommend Park Lane.

YYurchenkoThe air condition unit was absent in the suite, although its remote control was there. The reception staff advised that the aircondition unit is placed in the corridor outside of the suite. This is weird and unacceptable at 30 grades celsium heat. The rooms description contains aircondiition unit. Besides that the restaurants (declared there are two - Japanese and Mediterranean) were closed due to unknown reasons. The rest is ok. The management has to update the descriptions at Web-Site and hotel reservation portals as for instance -booking.com

GGuest UserОтель крайне плох. - Во-первых, заселение в отель прошло весьма плохо! Была регистрация на двух взрослых и одного ребенка 11-и лет. После долгой дороги (около 17-и часов) нас поселили номер с детской кроватью для младенцев. После «разбирательств» и поиска виновных в неправильной регистрации, нас переселили в другой номер побольше, с диваном (который и бронировали). Но постельное белье и банный инвентарь на ребенка не выдали. Повторный спуск на рецепшин и в ответ «Весь обслуживающий персонал уже покинул отель. Пусть ребенок поспит с вами эту ночь, кровать ведь большая». Восторг от такой информации передать сложно, одни эмоции. Развернулся и ушел в номер. Спустя несколько минут постельное белье принесли. Но впечатление уже складывалось «веселое». - Во-вторых, завтраки в данном отеле просто кошмарные! Каждое утро приходилось выискивать официантов и просить их подлить воды в пустые графины, подать хлеб в пустые корзинки. Так же и с едой, подносы довольно долго стояли опустевшими. И так каждое утро. Постоянные просьбы не улучшали ситуацию. Чай предлагали наливать в кофейные чашки. И только после просьбы выдать чашки большего размера, принесли бумажные стаканы. Но в самом ресторане достаточно вкусно. Днем и вечером обслуживание персоналом прекрасное. Что происходит по утрам, это загадка. - В-третьих, карточки размагничивались дважды в день, каждый день. Утром и вечером приходилось обращаться для программирования карт. Администрация обвинила нас в том, что мы носим карточки близко к смартфонам. Но карточки постоянно лежали в паспортах. Всегда так происходило, когда карта стояла в терминале продолжительное время (пол дня). - В-четвертых, отдали вещи в прачечную и футболку, которую только купили в этот день, испортили (прожгли утюгом). - В-пятых, суицидная дверь в ванную комнату добавила эмоций. На этих дверях стоят доводчики, которые абсолютно не настроены. Закрытие двери происходит медленно, но за момент до полного закрытия, резко закрывается и если не убрать пальцы вовремя, довольно сильно ударит. Как сказал персонал данной гостиницы, довольно много постояльцев жаловались на данную проблему. Так что, мы не первые. - В-шестых, проблема с парковкой. Как сообщила администрация, у отеля нет своей собственной парковки и необходимо выискивать место себе самому. А это довольно проблематично, так как отель находится рядом с парком, куда приезжает большое количество людей. Антуража добавляет еще тот момент, что при уборке используют высоковольтные кабели, обмотанные изолентой. Ну неужели 4-х звездочный отель не может позволить себе купить новый удлинитель или заменить провод питания у пылесоса? В конечном итоге, впечатления об этом отеле сложились крайне негативные. Ввиду вышеизложенных неприятностях и неудобствах, не считаю, что данный отель соответствует заявленному статусу.

GGuest UserThe complex is strongly said. On the way from the airport to Kishinev this institution is worth it. Clean, paphosno. In the rooms good clothing, cosmetics in the bathroom. But: water drinking even for sale NO!!! The refrigerator is empty. The shower cabin was set, but it works excluded. Served ONIN a young man in a sports suit, he took on the respiratory and breakfast, he respected! But he ONIN, so everything is very slow. And the price of the institution is not small, the same as in the center of the kishinev in the five networks

GGuest UserMy wife stayed alone at this hotel between the end of July and the beginning of August last, for an ”unplanned stop” due to a missed connection between two different travel operators. The hotel in question has competitive prices, especially considering its location in the city center, but the rooms are not all well kept. The more expensive suites are definitely better, which I recommend for occasional guests, also due to the decidedly cleaner bathrooms and more modern internal layout and furnishings. The TVs in the rooms work poorly, but probably only because they are necessarily tuned to Russian broadcasters. Taking this into account, the wi-fi still works wonderfully, and you can easily make up for the lack of TV with a feast of internet multimedia content.
