The hotel is near Jiefangbei and nearby has lots of amenities, next to the hotel has a good dumplings store and basically overall my 4 nights were great, only thing the kettle unable to use therefore I only buy coffee from outside. Though the weather is winter basically not cold for me... I will return to Chongqing and stay again.

Good location, near to shopping mall, restaurant and tourist attraction by walking distance. 10 minutes walk to metro station. The hotel has free laundry with washing and drying machine. The only discomfort is the lift to hotel lobby is very smelly.

The hotel is located right in the JieFangbei pedestrian area, surrounding by many foods store. Nearest MRT station is Xiaoshizi Line 1, about 400m away but you need to walk many stairs (not recommended if you have luggage). When you arrived at hotel front, you need to climb 13 steps to go up the lift and press 9th floor to access to the hotel lobby for checkin. In front of the lift, there is 1 local tour agent which can help you to arrange local tour. I engaged him for my 4 days trip and enjoy it very much and the price and service is excellent.
My room came with free breakfast start from 7-10 am. Foods is not too bad with mixed of Chinese and western type buffet. You can make arrangement for take away breakfast if you leave early for your tour, which I did. The hotel service is excellent, room is super clean, bathroom hot water pressure is good. Wifi is good.
I will book again if I return to Chongqing.

Hotel is well located and close to walking streets and F&B outlets. Breakfast is simple and the same everyday. Would recommend the hotel but not the breakfast if u are staying for several days.

Unable to request wifi on the first day because there was no Chinese phone number.The staff cannot communicate in English. Overall the standard is considered good.
The breakfast was very good.

Location is good except not suitable for elderly / weak people with 20kg check in bag as you have to climb over 10 concrete steps to access the lift. The torch light in the room was not working and the rechargeable function was not working. Lift was dark and you could hardly see the buttons Window balcony was dirty and view was water heater and neighboring block building

This hotel is located in Jiafangbei area with malls and banks within distance. It’s walking distance to Hongyacave and to 3 mrt stations, 将临门、小什字 and 较长口。The reception staff are polite and helpful, the cleaning lady is full of smile and doing a great job. The breakfast may be simple spread of Chinese type but has also plain bread and some fruits, good enough to fill the stomach. While there is no amenities, there is a self automated washing machine and dryer. All in all, I truly enjoy my stay in Ibis. Great value for money !
