Very good place to stay in Chongqing, in a quiet area. Service is very good, staff can speak English, compared to some international brand hotels 👍

Thanks to Sweet Ou who updated my room to a suite, it is a kind of house which made me hard to make a decision which one to sleep, it is also the biggest room I have ever stayed in my travel, enjoyed it and will choose in my next visit to Chongqing.

A great hotel, with friendly and efficient service. The room was clean and spacious, and we had a great view of the surrounding area from a balcony (one long one shared with other guests of the same room type). We had the buffet breakfast included in our room package, and there were plenty of options to choose from (both western and Chinese). The only downside is that the hotel is quite far from the main downtown area of the city and the nearest metro station is quite far away, but taxis are readily available and affordable if you’re going out for the whole day.

提前帶孩子五一過來住了幾天，家人都覺得很不錯，又續住了兩天，服務水平都是在線的，特別是前台Jessica，服務相應速度快，有什麼要求及時就處理了，也很靈活。大堂吧的糕點小孩也很喜歡，價格也比較實惠。五一活動很有趣，參加套中有小禮物，給小朋友的一種小驚喜[強][強]

很滿意這一家酒店，從入住到離店的整個過程都非常順利。前台服務非常周到，辦理迅速，房間很乾凈和寬敞，床鋪也很舒適，讓我有一個好的睡眠。地理位置也很方便，周圍有很多商店和餐館。總之，這是一家非常出色的酒店，我一定會再次入住，並向朋友們推薦。最後感謝值班經理Helen熱情接待，賓至如歸。
