Beiou Art Hotel (Chongqing Likely Wharf)

Good location, clean room, amazing view, I will stay there again for my next trip to Chongqing.

The front desk was very polite. Very helpful and accommodating when we request to change the room from courtyard view to river view (without additional charge). Location wise not really recommend for overseas tourists as it is away from tourists hotspots so need to take cab. This hotel located in one of the apartments in the residential area. Nevertheless, there are many eateries within walking distance. The room facility however is not good. Toilet and bathroom are weirdly located in our room. Bathroom is badly designed as the water would leaked out to the wooden flooring outside the bathroom. The room is facilitated with a projector but it was kind of stressful to operate it as it keeps saying the storage is full and we were constantly interrupted with all the pop up messages from the player. Front door can’t locked from inside so the front desk staff opened the door when we were in the room (a different staff came to verify whether the room was really occupied as we requested to change the room during check-in).

我是2024年9月27日在攜程app預訂的北鷗藝術酒店（重慶鎏嘉碼頭店）10月22日至25日共3天的房間。在我們住的第3天下午發現一衹蟑螂在地上裝有毛巾的袋子裏爬來爬去，它順着袋子上的孔跑出來後，給他打死了，我以為就一衹，想想算了。但在晚上11點準備入睡時發現床頭的板子和枕頭縫那裡有一衹蟑螂上下來回竄，我們實在沒辦法忍受在這種環境入睡。就和酒店協商，把3天共900元的房費退還給我們。我們有酒店蟑螂照片和視頻。有與酒店老闆協商的錄音。酒店老闆説，因為前兩天已經住了所以衹能退第3天當天的。那這個蟑螂不懂事？第3天才出來？如果知道有蟑螂，我就不可能再訂這裏啊！ 對了，老闆還説，有蟑螂難免的。誰會花錢訂3天900元有蟑螂的酒店？女生睡覺都會把頭髮撩到枕頭上睡覺，誰知道蟑螂前兩天有沒有在頭髮裏穿來穿去？而且已知有蟑螂的環境，還是在床頭？哪個女生會繼續住？而且也怕蟲子進耳洞裏😨這次體驗給旅行帶來很不好的感受 補充一下，我當天眼睛不舒服，睡前在眼睛裏擠了紅黴素眼膏，都快睡著了，我老公喊我別睡了別睡了，床頭有蟑螂，但我衹能閉着有葯膏的眼睛，因為視線模糊衹能閉着，大晚上這麼折騰就算了。第二天平台聯繫酒店老闆，老闆竟然説她在休假，等到晚上5點多才回覆平台🙄但是她當天晚上12點還在跟前台小姐姐溝通這個事！明顯就是拖延！這種服務態度處理問題的效率不可恭維！或者無視衞生問題！ 在住酒店時發現蟑螂，根據《中華人民共和國消費者權益保護法》第四十八條，這屬於服務不符合約定或未盡到安全保障義務的情況。我是完全有權要求酒店退房，併合理要求全額退款。酒店拒絕我的訴求，所以我採取與經營者協商、投訴、調解等多種途徑進行維權。

位置優越交通便利，地鐵站出門幾分鐘就走到了。酒店設施齊全，整體的裝修風格簡潔大方，房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒服。前台人員服務都很好，很主動，熱情。個人覺得性價比蠻高，走的時候還買了不少特產帶着，位置就在嘉陵江邊去哪裡都方便。完美的重慶旅行！

訂房時候選擇的四星級，價格不便宜，有所期待，也不知道平台是誰給定級，沒有門頭，在一個小區單元裏面，沒有任何浴巾，沒有任何毛巾，沒有吹風機，衞浴簡陋，裝修簡陋，破破爛爛，請看圖。
