- Bad mold smell before entering the apartment.
- Water leaks from the bathtub (we were asked if the staff check it but we didn’t use it so we didn’t care much).
- Floor is in a bad condition.
- Only disposable un-functional towels, get so wet after shower. Also not enough towels to for example dry my hands after brushing teeth or toilet use
- Noisy in the morning
- Badly equipped apartment. It has only fridge, washing machine , 2 hairdryers and 4 cups.. buddy where are the plates and cutlery?
The only positive things are
- Nice view at night
- The apartment is surrounded by all what one may need during trips, restaurants, bars, attractions, etc.

The experience was splendid. The room design was very “princessly”. It really was a room for the girls with chandeliers, bathtub, window bed… The location is good, really close to Laifushi. The apartment was right in the center of the city, you can just walk to most of the attractions. The service was very nice, the staffs were very helpful, they helped us with a lot of things. Overall, 10 out of 10 🥰🥰🥰

The room is dirty. It looks a bit funny, some elements need to be fixed. The jacuzzi does not work completely, some black lumps of dust appear during operation. Someones underwear was in the toilet of the room... There was quite a noisy renovation opposite the room. The staff does not speak English, check in is quite problematic.
The view from the window is good, the bed is very soft, the location is not bad.

While the building and elevator may appear a bit outdated, the apartment itself is perfectly suitable for a comfortable family stay. Additionally, the service provided is friendly and helpful, making the experience even more pleasant.
