it was so good. Perfect location close to all attractions with walking distance. Beautiful river view, rooms are well equipped. Enjoy the breakfast buffet. Definitely stay here for my next visit. Quite !!

Hotel is very convenient and near to bayi food street. Walkable distant to bayi mall and other shopping area.

Wonderful stay. The room is very spacious and the hotel is located in the prime location, nearby Bayi Street and Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. One guy at the front desk speaks English really well. Great service by everyone.

We booked a deluxe river view room for 3 nights and we had an exceptionally wonderful experience with the front counter staff . Their friendliness and attentiveness to your needs worth a mention here. We were initially allocated a room at L29 with an upgrade with separate lounge （so we were told）but we requested for a higher flloor and we were duly moved to L42 on the 2nd night when it was available. On the last day, they accomodated our late check out request and the front counter lady, Ms Jia also booked a Didi using her personal phone for us to airport which is much appreciated as I was unable to place an order via my phone. The room is clean and equiped with morden facilities like bidet toilet, dyson hair dryer, washing machine/dryer, dish washer and cooktop（ IMO is not necessay as the hotel is locate within walking distances to array of food streets）, automatic blinds and internet tv, etc. However, we were baffled by where some the things were kept. For the instance, the bath towels were kept in the bedroom closet and the cultery in the dishwasher！ TV is placed below eye level when sitting on the couch. Otherwise, we had a marvellous experience overall and enjoy the magnificent Jialing Jiang and surronging night light .

This service apartment is very strategically located with many eateries around and within walking distance to many tourist spots. . We booked the deluxe room but were upgraded to Cozy deluxe Suite at higher floor. . Thank you Roosevelts. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I have been recommending my friends who want to visit Chongqing to book this hotel.
