Location was great! in the middle of Shibati and Hongyadong, service was contactable 24/7 via WeChat and was very friendly and approachable.
Do be careful with the amenities like the washing machine, although it works great, it’s a little bit on the fragile side, but still one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in!!

Good location, unfortunately near road, some noises, quiet around midnight. Can hear next door people talking, there is 1 night, they chat till 3am. Water filter in the room is faulty, need to collect bottle water from lobby. WiFi connection not stable, have to connect to next door WiFi. Convenient it has washing machine and dryer in the room.

The accommodations were excellent just like from our previous stay on (1/09 - 1-11). I would like to acknowledge Mr. Sun (front desk) for upgrading us to a Gunlan 1 Suite. We will definitely make this our place to stay for future trips to Chongqing. Also will recommend this place to friends and relatives.

Hotel was very modern and a food street was just around the corner. The AC and heater is all controlled centrally so you have no control over it.
