Rosewood Court Motel

We enjoyed our stay at Rosewood court. Beyond our expectations. Thank you!

The hotel doesn't have breakfast, so we went early to go to the center to have coffee and buy warm clothes, as it was our first day in NZ and we weren't prepared for the cold. We weren't able to get to checkout in time (which is a very early 10:00 am), and we weren't able to announce the delay, as, again, it was our first day in NZ and we didn't have a local phone or internet access easily. We returned to the hotel at 11:20 am and all the windows in our room were open with all our personal things inside. We were scared, we know Christchurch is a very safe place, but we found it disrespectful. We packed our things quickly to get out of the room as quickly as possible and not delay the checkout any longer, and then came the WORST experience with this hotel: Upon arriving at the reception, we were approached by the receptionist very rudely asking why we didn't notify the late checkout beforehand, asking where we were, and rudely repeating these questions several times. We had to pay 90 dollars for the late checkout, that's okay, because rules are rules, but there was no need for them to enter our room and leave everything open and treat us with disrespect.

深夜到着しました。受付にはメッセージもあり自分たちの部屋がすぐ分かりました。 部屋は入ると同時にメッセージもあり、エアコンも暖かったです。 布団も電気毛布があり夜も快適に過ごすことができました。 オーナーのデイビッドが親切で、車の運転の仕方、観光スポット、両替は街でするより近くにATMがあるよ、と本当に親切、また親身になり相談に乗ってくれました。 ここまで親切な方は初めてでした。 レンタカーのピックアップ時間について、 チェックアウト時間を大幅に過ぎてしまい申し訳ありませんでした。 またクライストチャーチに行く際はぜひ泊まりたいです。 ありがとうございました！ Warmly Thanks to David.
