Premier Inn Christchurch (East)

Friendly helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. Relaxed stay in a quiet room. very good location for the coast or/and to shop. Options for a good value dinner and breakfast package or one or the other. I would stay here again with no hesitation.

The hotel looked ok from the outside but was dated and worn out on the inside. Reception auto check in machine didn’t work, shower pressure was poor, no glasses in the room for water, the room was too hot and we couldn’t lower the temp, the mattress was worn, overall terrible.

Friendly staff, happy to help. Great location for us close to beaches and town. Christchurch is about 40 minutes leisurely paced walk. Room clean, bit tired and in need of upgrade, but comfortable and good for sleeping. Breakfast was plentiful and often topped up. Overall everything we needed and we will come back.

Very clean, comfortable rooms. Staff we're really helpful and friendly during our stay. Good location, short walk to the beach and close to Aldi and shops. We tried the meal deal for first time and food was of excellent quality and great value. We were really happy and had a pleasant stay.

We like to stay at this Premier Inn when visiting family. Staff already friendly and helpful, nothing is an issue for them. Rooms are older and they don't have air-conditioning which is problem in summer, rooms get really hot, but they are clean and cosy. Beefeater next door is always busy, it's best to book table ahead.

The room, had covered in dust and mould and it stank as it hadn’t been opened or aired in weeks!! The room was very inviting and horrible!

The reception area and connecting corridor to the restaurant smelled badly of damp. The hotel room itself was dark, no central light. Only a single light was working over the bathroom mirror and the shower was very poor, very low water pressure.

The bed really comfortable, the room reasonably clean. The room had a musty smell on arrival. I am certain it wasn’t anything to do with the cleaning staff. The whole place is in need of a revamp it’s very tired.

I love a Travelodge (mainly for its reliability and price) but recently have had some lovely stays in Premier Inns that have definitely been far superior to Travelodge's. This was not one of them. There is a reason why it was only £35 per night. It was pretty basic, a bit tired looking and the internet was bad. However, the hotel wasn't awful and the staff were friendly. At that price I would stay again.
