Stayed on Saturday 13th April. Room clean, bed comfortable, staff polite. However at breakfast no orange juice. Just some cheap orange coloured squash. Was told that they had run out when there was a bar just 10 feet away with loads of it behind?? Otherwise stay was ok

Stayed here several times, excellent location for walking g into Christchurch and exploring, the outside of the hotel and some rooms are now starting to look tired, very comfortable beds and clean room with plenty of tea/ coffee/ milk etc available

Staying here did the job for early airport access but take care registering your car for parking as I arrived home a week later to find a £60 fine waiting even though I registered my car on an electronic machine at reception.

Very clean. Need to supply decaf tea though! Lovely reception staff Debbie and Savannah. Great location in town but quiet and very comfortable beds. Would stay again. As a woman on my own I felt safe and secure. Free parking was great

We needed to stay in Christchurch for a funeral and just wanted somewhere basic and clean to stay but we were impressed by the facilities at the Premier Inn and especially the continental breakfast which was excellent value for money. Although I had poor sleep, that was not the fault of the hotel as I often sleep badly when away, and was unlucky in having someone over head who got up at 5.30am and clumped around heavily overhead for two hours (doing what, I cannot imagine).

I was looking for somewhere to write in peace, yet to also feel welcome and comfortable. This hotel fit the bill perfectly. The outstanding aspect was the helpful staff, each one wanting to ensure I had everything I needed. They all did this with a smile, and open to having a conversation.

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions over the lat 8 months. All the staff have been fabulous, from the hotel to the restaurant, but a special 'Thank you' has to go to Debbie and Janet who gave me many laughs during my stays, when I was having a difficult time. Thank you to everyone, hope to see you all again!

Always stay at this Premier Inn when visiting family in the area. Staff are friendly, cheerful, helpful and efficient. Breakfast in the Table Table next door is excellent. Room was warm and cosy. Plenty of hot water and fresh fluffy towels and linen too. Highly recommended!
