酒店屬於全包酒店，包早中晚3餐，以及下午茶還有各種泳池邊的小吃、軟飲、酒水。 辦理入住以及退房的速度都超級快，check in的時候有歡迎飲料和甜品。房間面積不算大，但夠用，mini bar免費且每天都會補充。還有歡迎水果和紅酒🍷。餐廳衹有main restaurant 和main adulte restaurant是包含在內的，其他主題餐廳需要另付費。 室外泳池有很多個，走到最前面就是沙灘和大海，拍照超級出片，泳池旁邊還有水上樂園。沙灘那裡有各種海上娛樂項目，可以歐元、美元付款。酒店距離機場45分鐘左右的路程，距離滑翔傘和跳島遊有半小時的路程。 酒店的娛樂活動豐富，很適合帶孩子來玩

全新的全包酒店，服務特別的好

This is our second time here and mostly is a great hotel. The rooms are nice (albeit very scattered about with limited lifts) staffing, drinks and entertainment were good. We loved the snack bar and a la cart lunch restaurant and the patisserie is excellent. But there are a few issues. The main restaurant food offering is poor, over the 5 nights we used the main restaurant the same dishes were used over and over again. It just lacks effort and at best would say the food (specifically in the main restaurant) is average, we have stayed at much cheaper 4* hotels in Turkey who have offered better food experience. Breakfast was the worst. Plus the main restaurant is not fit for purpose as it’s just not big enough for the hotel. Yet most of the chargeable a la cartes were empty. Maybe give customers a better experience by offering more free a la carte choices (taking the pressure off the main restaurant) even a sit down breakfast offering by the pool restaurant and work on a bigger selection of food for the main restaurant and your onto a winner.

Lovely people and service, special shout out too Kursat and Serdem who greeted and served us. The food was nice and tasty!

Good hotel, beautiful rooms and grounds, staff lovely but do really need to understand clients with intolerances/allergies. Food choice is vast for regular diets but pretty limited and repetitive for dairy intolerance, this needs looking at as i did not feel that i could partake in the majority of foods throughout my stay, even simple items like ice lollies or a dairy free spread were not available....no excuse for that. I was unwell for 4 out of my 7 day stay due to miscommunication with the staff, i was given cows milk in coffees without me realising when i had asked for non dairy. I personally would not return to this hotel because of this but would recommend it to others if they are looking for a 5 star all inclusive break.

Amazing hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, hotel is clean and tidy food is good, snack bars are great also. Pools ate heated and plenty for the children to do as well. Entertainment staff are amazing and especially with the children. Ufuk is your main man absolute top guy. Second time here and will definitely return again.

Excellent service, they go above and beyond to impress, food was delicious and surprise birthday cake made it extra special. The waiters were Benji and Kursat, very accommodating and I would highly recommend when visiting Liberty Fabay Hotel.

This is the second year running we have visited the hotel. There were a few minor disappointments but they have been outweighed by additions made this season so I still rate this as a five star experience. In 2023 when we visited we noticed the hotel had a lovely smell in every area but this year that was missing. Also when we arrived we were given a drink in reception. This year we arrived at lunchtime, it was not particularly busy but the male receptionist was rather miserable and no drinks offered while we were waiting for passports to be checked. Last year the cleaners by the snack bar would put fresh flowers in the toilets but again this year I noticed cleaning was not as thorough as last year of the toilets. The rest of the staff here are amazing. I cannot fault the friendliness of the waiters, cleaners, entertainment and bar staff. People recognising us from last year and vice versa. I was concerned that the swings and slides had gone but the new kids club is fantastic. As always there are plenty of food choices for everyone especially those with allergies and it is fantastic that the staff fill up babies bottles with milk when needed. The spa is great and I had a wonderful few hours organised by Enver. We visited the hairdresser twice too. They are all so friendly and welcoming especially the lady that does the translating. She works so hard! I cannot remember the names of all the amazing staff but I hope management gives them a big bonus at the end of the season We always got a space by the pool or went to the beach to break up the day. The pool party is so much fun for all ages. My favourite place is always the beach bar when it is the DJ and sax players turn. They should have this event more then twice a week! We look forward to seeing all the improvements for next year too and bringing back even more family and friends with us.

Amazing Service. Clean. Perfect Food. Everything was amazing. We were treated like kings and have nog to worry about anything. We really recomend to book a table at the NYSA Asian restaurant. Kürşat and Serdem are the best staff we had the whole holiday!!! We will come back for Sure!
