I really loved the hotel and the pricing. The room and hotel was clean and nice. Everything worked properly also.

no one at desk a couple times
no one to refill coffee in am for quite some time
the waffle maker is junk
people were loud in the halls and we had a random stranger knock at our door continuously @1 also through the halls
our daughter was balling and scared and another in our room had bad dreams all night from this scary person knocking on all the doors and yelling at my husband when we were all sleeping before he knocked
front desk staff was not personable
the shower is gross and old the water was cold for our shower
the pillows were limp

The place was dirty. Main door lock was broken, someone had broken into the bathroom in the past and not fixed. Furniture was damaged, sheets & curtains stained. Water filled as soon as tub is on. Very dry air.

The complaint i had was with the motion sensor light in the room. Lol. It was aimed at the bed. Every time i moved my foot the hall light would come on. Lol. Didnt get much sleep.

Room was not cleaned upon arrival. No towels/washcloths. Tub clogged. No breakfast available. Pool unsafe and hot tub not working

Room was spotty on cleanliness. Front desk was not welcoming. Many furniture items and beds were in poor condition. Drawers were broken, all scraped up. Very uncomfortable beds. Pillows were tiny. Hallway was dirty. Someone kicked our door in the middle of the night. Breakfast - only drink available was cereal milk. Bagel and English muffins were old. No other drinks for the kids. No waters, no juice.

There were definite downsides during our stay. There was no toilet paper or tissues in our room, the computer was not working and the coffee maker did not work. Saying all that, the staff was very helpful in providing supplies and support however they could. The breakfast and coffee was very good, though the juice maker was broken and there were only apples for fresh fruit.

The desk staff was great. The hotel itself definitely could use some updating. Our keys had to be reprogrammed every time we used them for some reason. I personally did not go down for breakfast but my husband and kids did not like it at all but conveniently there is an Ihop right outside the parking lot that we walked to. The ice machine didn’t work on our floor but we were able to use the one on the first floor. We had to cut our stay short one night and the gentleman at the front desk was super accommodating and understanding to our situation. Overall we were pleased with our stay especially for the price and the location.
