Unbelievable place the staff and what they do for is awesome. Mario the bartender was was awesome and we thank him for his help.5 stars for him for sure. It was a magical week with our daughter getting engaged and my daughter In-laws birthday. Thank you for a five star week.

The negative reviews worried me before our arrival. I need not have worried. Firstly remember this is not a top end all inclusive in the Caribbean. Luck enough to have done that . This cost us around 80 euros each a day. You get to stay in a premiere inn in the uk at that price. Here you get three meals and drinks . Staff have been nothing but pleasant. Smile and say thank you and they treat you well. Read the data ok before you go. It clearly states that a number of the restaurants don’t open until late June. The rooms are clean and well presented with stunning views and are cleaned daily. We could easily pick up WiFi. The pools are great . The drinks are served in small plastic glasses. It’s a bit of a pain as two gulps of beer and then it’s gone. The spirits they are heroes with . 3/4 of the glass is gin topped up with tonic. I ended up quite squiffy. The entertainment team stop to talk and we’re already signed up for volleyball. There are snacks between meals but I’m not sure why you’d want them. Mind you I did have a slice of pizza just because I could. So now for the food. Firstly we had no problem walking into the restaurant at a time that suited us and getting a table. If food is your thing and that is why you go on holiday then yes I get it but I come back to the fact that a meal out anywhere would cost you more than your entire stay cost here. There are lots of options but because it’s self service you can fall in the trap of spoiling your plate. However night one we had fish, lamb pasta , various Sicilian dishes. Sometimes we had to guess what they were but that was fun. No burgers or chips mind you. I suspect after 7 days it may get a bit samey but I’m not complaining. The other restaurants open while we are here so we’ll give them a go. We’re only on day two and I may update but so far so good.

Where to start…… this “all inclusive” hotel is more “part inclusive” the most basic things are “included” everything else you have to pay for so bring lots of money. The food was so bad I can’t even begin to explain, they advertise that they have 3 restaurants but only 1 was open the entire time and the timings were 6am-9:30 for breakfast so don’t even think about a little lay in on your well deserved holiday! 12:30-14:30 for lunch then dinner didn’t open until 19:30 in between this time there wasn’t any free options and as the hotel is in the middle of NOWHERE you have no choice but to wait, so this is not very child friendly. Also when we asked about the other restaurants the staff seemed scared to say there weren’t open, however if we had known this we may have booked a different hotel.The food quality was not only repetitive but it was bland and often not edible! Also because only one restaurant was open you’d have a massive rush of people all at 19:30 and this would cause queues and meant they ran out of food often. The rooms were basic but clean and the views were lovely. The hotel is very big so everything is very spaced out so again not very child friendly. As the hotel was in the middle of nowhere and they charged ridiculous prices to get into towns unfortunately we ate in the hotel a lot and this ruined our holiday, I assumed as Italy is a great country for food that the food would be decent at least but NO! The majority of things were closed. The staff at the bar areas were so rude and almost acted like if you weren’t paying they didn’t want to serve you, the limited amount of options on the all inclusive menu for drinks was ridiculous and at one point we were refused drinks due to the staff changing the colour of the wristbands and no one thought to update ours? The cocktails tasted like crap! And again the options were so limited! The cleanliness of the hotel was good however the ANTS are everywhere and they do get in the rooms which was annoying the whole holiday. The air con in the rooms was rubbish. The entertainment staff were nice and friendly but the children’s entertainment didn’t start until 9:30pm! Is that a joke? The pool areas were regularly closed for some unknown reason and at one point I think the guests were getting annoyed because they just lifted the barrier and got in anyway. The excursions are a total rip off so we didn’t even bother booking anything. If you want towels in your “all inclusive” hotel you have to pay €3.50 per towel plus €10 deposit?? Erm since when? The walk ways are so uneven and crooked, my sister fell and sprained her ankle due to this, I know this is something that cannot always be helped but you’d think they would do some maintenance to the area. For the price we paid for this hotel it was completely not worth it and it has put me off ever returning to Sicily or Italy in general, I’ve seen lots of people say Italians are very rude to tourists and I did see it first hand on holiday, it was

First of all, we loved the hotel for the views, the room and the balcony. There are a couple of things I would like to correct on the facilities listed on Trip Advisor. Firstly you only get bottled water on your arrival then there is nothing. A kettle is only provided if you are prepared to leave a passport or similar at reception. We went full board, and the food was ok but we had better. They gave you free alcohol at lunch/dinner but only when you were in the dining room. You could not take it with you to go to another part of the hotel. This leads me to my major gripe the price of alcohol in the bar is 20 euros - 40 euros for a bottle of wine. There was no supermarket that you could pop to to get a reasonable price unless you went into Terrasini. There is a bus service outside the complex but reception won't tell you that, we asked them about it (They have their own more expensive service.) This service is very cheap and will take you to Palermo and back. it is just outside the main gate. There is no service going in the other direction ie if you want to go to Tapani. You need to go into Palermo and get another bus. They don't give you coffee at Lunch or dinner. You have to go to the bar and pay for it. When we went there were hundreds and I mean hundreds of school kids roaming the facilities as there were school events on. We all know what a problem that is with all those raging hormones. There was nothing for them to do so they kept trying to sneak into the bar. On that, there was only one bar open all the other bars and restaurants were closed as it was May. Very little entertainment because of that. Big recommendation, hire a car. The roads around the hotel were quiet. We would go back as we loved everything else and as I said with a car.

I was in this hotel resort for one week with my friends and had a very good time there. There is no direct beach accessible by walk but there is a pontoon and a huge toboggan with three levels, that lead you direct into the sea. And if you don't like the sea, there are two other pools. Also worth to mention that you can book outside activities directly from the hotel, and also rent a car. The buffet is also very good, I recommend to take half or complete pension. I love to eat fish when I am at the sea, and there were dishes with fish every day. If you need a massage, don't hesitate to book an appointment at the Wellness Center (Centro Benessere) where you can get a wonderful full body massage (decontratturante).

Had a fantastic week at cds Hotel in terrasini in sicily. The resort is amazing, staff friendly, food good, facilities great - something for everyone. Very Clean. Rooms clraned daily. Will definitely be going back!! Pools were lovely. Toboggan was fun.

We had a great holiday here, the staff were all so lovely, the food was good and the room was lovely. The terrace was bigger than expected and the wellness centre was great! We both had massages as well as a manicure and it was so relaxing. Would highly recommend and if we return to Sicily in the future we will definitely stay here again.

The food was amazing and the pool was very clean and nice. The housemaids know English and were very helpful. The Jacuzzi was great and the sauna was fantastic. I really liked the giew from my balcony and the room was very clean. I hope I will come here again in the future

POSTO CHE CONSIGLIEREI E IN CUI TORNERO'. Siamo stati a Città del mare in famiglia, non avevamo mai viaggiato connla formula all inclusive quindi per noi è stata una piacevole esperienza. Solo dopo aver prenotato ho letto alcune recensioni sul.posto che onestamente mi hanno un pò spiazzato. Dopo aver passato una settimana incantevole non riuscivo a dare credito a quelle che erano le critiche al posto... L'all inclusive organizzato alla perfezione, in qualunque posto del villaggio ti trovi hai un bar a disposizione per poter bere... ristoranti i collocati perfettamente e buffet ricchi a qualsiasi ora tu arrivassi... il ristorante sala del golfo offriva pesce e carne ( sia a pranzo che a cena) cotti al momento e a vista a centro della sala... idem per i primi piatti con angolo a parte. Inoltre sono presenti tre ristoranti a tema, dove era necessaria la.prenotazione ma sempre inclusi nel.pacchetto: Il siciliano con tutte cosine a tema sicilia... cannoli favolosiiiii... La capannuccia che è una pizzeria L'oasi che è un ristorante vegetariano che è stata una piacevole scoperta. Animazione con mini e junior club favolosi,avendo noi due bimbi collocati in due fasce di età diversi abbiamo toccato con mano entrambe le realtà. E inoltre per noi adulti in ogni piscina, tranne una credo per lasciare liberi gli ospiti che nn volevano essere coinvolti, erano presenti i ragazzi che riuscivano a coinvolgere i più restii. Serate in anfiteatro sempre divertenti e serata piano bar come alternativa allo spettacolo serale. Tutte le sere discomusic e balli di gruppo... Personale sempre gentile e cortese ...e ci tengo a dire che ci sono stati degli ospiti una sera a cena molto maleducati e i ragazzi del ristorante nonostante molto giovani hanno mantenuto un self control e una educazione impeccabili... Receptionist favolose e Direttore sempre attento e presente.. Ottimo anche ufficio escursioni di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno per un transfer, preciso e puntuale. Infine nn per importanza la camera quadrupla grande e spaziosa con un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli dove ci si muoveva senza costrizioni, balcone dotato di stendi biancheria e una vista che nonostante fosse vista parco, si vedeva cmq il mare. Chiccha finale il trenino che attraversa il villaggio e ti porta da un punto all'altro se ti prende un momento di stanchezza o anche solo per ammirare la vastità della struttura... di certo dimentico qualcosa ma i miei figli si sono talmente divertiti che solo questo è valso... noi ci ritorneremo di sicuro e porteremo con noi qualcun altro.
