We stayed at the Mildura Holiday Villas in early January. We stayed in a three bedroom unit with our family and found it excellent. It was spacious, well fitted out, and had everything we needed. The whole facility is very neat and tidy, with a lot of attention to detail. Our unit also had a shaded carpark right outside our door, and a shaded patio area. There is also a communal barbecue area. Our unit was also very shady and cool with multiple aircon units, and as the temperature was 42 degree while we were there, this came in very handy. Also great was the pool, which our children spent a lot of time in. We would definitely stay at the Mildura Holiday Villas again and recommend it to others.

We stayed in a king executive. Very comfortable bed and neat and tidy bathroom. Nice sitting area. Did not have time to use the pool but looked very inviting and clean. Even though room was near the highway, did not hear any road noise. Would recommend this place whilst in Mildura.

This is a great park. It absolutely ticked all the boxes for us as a family with younger, however something doesn't make me want to rebook for next year. I'll get to that. The facilities are great for families. Kids get everything, Pool, water slide, bouncy pillow, TV /Activities room and an amazing big play gym inside a big shed. The park has some great cabins. Most are refurnished ( or in process as I write this ) due to most of them being flood damaged last year. The cabins are A1. But for caravans, you ideally need a smaller van and/or be a master of reversing. Most sites are rather technical to get back in to. A few down the back are regular easy peasy but those sites are a bit plain. The ensuite sites are set around 5 or so ensuites blocks and with , I think 4 sites around each one. Once you're in there it's fine. The area is mostly tree covered but there are a lot of sites in there so you have a lot of neighbours in quite close proximity. It's also pretty dusty if the wind kicks up.. or a bit muddy if wet. The Murray river is only 100 metres away with some walking and bike paths. Mildura CBD is to far to walk but 5 mins in the car. Mildura has plenty and is easy to get about. We rally like our 8 nights there but the detractor for me is the high density and tight spots.

Located in the CBD with walking distance to everything in town & the river, including the gin distillery! Very quiet room, but overlooking the roof. Carpet very worn in places and possibly on the verge of being a trip hazard. Room was spacious & comfortable, room service meals cooked at the hotel were better than expected and a decent size. Old building and rustic in ways, so hallways go off in all directions, lift available but easy to walk up the stairs. Parking in the centre easy to get in and out of.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Mildura Holiday Villas in early January. We stayed in a three bedroom unit with our family and found it excellent. It was spacious, well fitted out, and had everything we needed. The whole facility is very neat and tidy, with a lot of attention to detail. Our unit also had a shaded carpark right outside our door, and a shaded patio area. There is also a communal barbecue area. Our unit was also very shady and cool with multiple aircon units, and as the temperature was 42 degree while we were there, this came in very handy. Also great was the pool, which our children spent a lot of time in. We would definitely stay at the Mildura Holiday Villas again and recommend it to others.

CColesWe stayed two nights. Even though we had booked a standard queen room, they gave us a family room on the ground floor because I had requested it due to a physical problem making climbing stairs difficult. I appreciated this. We discovered a bit of a problem with ants in the room. We had killed about a dozen of these when I reported it to management. They immediately sprayed around all the entry points, and provided a full can of insect spray. I'm glad to say we only found one any after that during the remainder of our stay. We appreciated the free continental breakfast, which had a reasonable variety of cereals, fruit toast as well as white and wholemeal, a range of fruit, yoghurt, and different types of milk, even soy! While there were some different types of tea available, we were disappointed that there was no coffee machine on which we could make even an espresso! Pod machines are not expensive, and far better than the disgusting instant sachets. We instead had to go out to a coffee shop. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom excellent, and had we wanted a swim, the pool and spa looked very inviting.

GGuest UserI regularly stay in Mildura and surrounds for work, and I have to say, the Chaffey is one of our favourites. The chef, kitchen staff and general dining experience is what makes booking here worthwhile. They could not have done more to make our couple of days there more pleasant. The food was outstanding, the gin even better and the conversation/banter second to none! I am not sure if there are new managers/owners this year but the cleanliness of the accommodation part of the Chaffey has dropped a little, hence not a five star- but it wouldn’t take much to bring it back to what it used to be. You can tell these guys are really trying to get back on their feet after Covid and I have no doubt they will get there. Some constructive feedback would be to pay a bit more attention to the outdoor spaces, cobwebs under chairs, clean the pool glass, general tidy up of the little veggie space etc.. In the rooms, the bathrooms are starting to show their age but in general they are a lot better than many other motel type accommodation! I look forward to seeing you all next month!

GGuest Useralthough this motel has seen better days, it is well priced and clean. maintenance has fallen behind which is a pity because with a bit more effort it would be a much better place to stay. The restaurant was excellent although with limited choices. The pool was much appreciated on our stay as the temp rose above 38. Book direct and negotiate. King deluxe room was good.

Revisited this motel again as it's well located to a shopping centre and a short walk to the Mildura Gateway Tavin. The room (Room 4) was large, neat and tidy with a comfy bed, microwave, toaster, iron and board, hair dryer for the Ladies and there is an ample parking area. The Management are very friendly and helpful, would we stay there again?...YES.

GGuest UserLocated in the CBD with walking distance to everything in town & the river, including the gin distillery! Very quiet room, but overlooking the roof. Carpet very worn in places and possibly on the verge of being a trip hazard. Room was spacious & comfortable, room service meals cooked at the hotel were better than expected and a decent size. Old building and rustic in ways, so hallways go off in all directions, lift available but easy to walk up the stairs. Parking in the centre easy to get in and out of.
