Will definitely be coming back! Friendly staff, great bar down stairs, check in and out was a breeze. 10 out of 10 from us and a highly recommend. We also got a great rate for a Saturday night.

Very good service! recommend! The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and there was an unlimited refill of mineral water. Very close to the city center, walking to Linggang. It can be regarded as a boutique hotel. Suitable for one person's travel

Although very compact, the room was great. Bed was very comfortable with lovely linen and lots of choices for pillows. Shower a nice size and a lovely big window to the outside world but with blockout curtains for a sleep in. The young British lady on reception was exceptional with her knowledge of what to recommend close by.

Stayed 2 nights, location was not bad, more quieter in comparison to CBD area and Pitt Street. Staff explained a lot during check-in. It is a nice place to stay if you have plans for watching the performance or ********. Great restaurants nearby and the food court downstairs is packed. There’s a Coles just across the street so you can also pick up some groceries easily.

Check in was nice but our room was right near the lift i could hear every time someone was at the lift which was noisy at night and early hours in the morning the hotel location itself was perfect only my room location could have been better. Our bags were placed in the wrong room and the mistake was not picked up until i walked around the hotel to look for it and then went back to the concierge to confirm. Everything else was good.

1. The location is quite good. Close to everywhere！walk to Darling harbour, china town, market city, star ****** and even circular quay！ 2.The speed of check-in is way much slow. Need patience to deal that period. And no any room service at night shift 3.建筑很有特点，充满年代感的外立面，还有内部裸露出来的主体结构。和现代化的五星酒店相比，还是比较特别的。 4.设施设备一般般，可能因为年代太久。住13层的话有隐藏电梯，上下楼快一些。

The location was perfect, especially with the light rail just below the building. We also had an amazing dinner at the bar on our final night - loved the wagyu beef burger and fish n chips. Even though the rooms looked a bit dated, we still had a comfortable stay.

It's my second time at sofitel and unfortunately this time it was not as nice as it was the first time. Went there to celebrate my wedding anniversary with my wife and daughter and when we walked in the room and check around we found that the bathrobes were dirty and we also found a nail file from the previous guests which made us think that the did not clean the room, we asked for a different room and they answer was that they were fully booked out and only offered to change the bedsheets and bathrobe. That was fine but I would've liked to be moved to a different room, it kinda ruined our anniversary night. We spent AU500 dollars for a nice and clean room and we totally felt disappointed from sofitel. Next time we will really think about it before booking sofitel.

Great, cheap hotel, right at Darling Harbour. 5 minutes from everywhere. Very helpful, friendly staff. I only stayed one night because that’s all I needed but it is always my ‘go-to’ place in Sydney.
