🧹 Health: First of all, health really needs to be strengthened. We stayed at night. There was no 24h front desk. Unidentified stains were found on the sheets. I could sleep on the other side at night.
🚗 Traffic: It's all driving here, but at least explain how to check in and parking on the reservation email. The hotel is on the roadside. If you don't have a room card, you can't enter the garage. When you check in, the car can't stop and help the road. There are several parking spaces on the roadside are full. Finally, you can put a person off the bus to check in, and the driver circled.

An excellent little motel on the Bruce Hway, it has everything you need and ticks all the boxes. Nice decor and clean. Blockout drapes, QS bed - very comfortable, small desk & chair, small dining table & 2 chairs, bench with microwave, Nespresso Vertuo machine & free pods, WIR for hanging clothes and luggage storage, large shower (good). Fridge a little noisy on & off. Excellent dining across the road at the Rockhampton Leagues Club - it’s really lovely and we really enjoyed our meal. There is also an independent Thai restaurant in the building, but it was closed on the evening we visited.

Stayed at the Denison last night. It was a wonderful experience. The decor is Victorian/Federation and the facilities were tasteful, clean and very comfortable. The staff greeted us cordially and made us welcome even thought it was quite late in the day. The room was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommended if you want to stay in a place that oozes old world charm from a bygone era, but with all the modern conveniences. Our only observation was that the bed, whilst huge and comfortable had a mattress and pillows softer than we are used to. That is not a criticism, just a personal preference. Otherwise, perfect.

Great clean room well lit inside fridge was awesome cold as strong hot shower I really enjoyed my stay friendly staff nothing was a problem dinner was tip top this motel is thw benchmark place to stay in Rockhampton handy to walk into the cbd. When I was ready to leave they called me a cab . Thanks very much

Hi all, have stayed here a few times and always pleasant. Lucky enough to have an early check in which was no issue. Room is clean, bathroom is small but enough to get ya by. Nice and central to shops etc. Restuarant attached to motel was busy but didn’t drink or eat there this time. Gear Indian food literally 20 metres down the road. Parking was easy and nice pool. Always a good stay and always my first choice to consider when coming to townsville. Thank you

We stayed for two separate nights (on our way down to and back from the Gold Coast - road tripping from Cairns) and both nights were great. The rooms were clean, check in was very easy and then after hours check out was easy as well. There was a kettle & microwave as standard in both rooms we stayed in, which was great to quickly heat a meal & make a hot drink after a long day of driving. We had to change the date of our second night on the way home, and the staff on the phone was always very helpful and understanding each time we had to call & change the date. Would definitely stay again if we were driving through again and needed a place to stay in Rocky for the night. The pricing was great for a small, clean room that was needed just as a stop over for a night.

The hotel is clean and hygienic. There is a small courtyard at the entrance of the room. The boss and the couple are very friendly. Tell us where the supermarket is. There is a big supermarket 1 km from the hotel, and the things are super cheap.

Excellent
I stayed a few days in Rockhampton and my room was spacious with a good size table and chairs as well as a comfortable bed. I was given a room at the back of the motel, and this was very quiet. It is an older motel, but the price is reasonable. The motel is near Allenstown shopping center and just across the road from Aldi so it was easy to buy food supplies and a microwave is supplied.

Jjo RVisitor to Rockhampton for work. Staying for two nights - room was lovely -well equipped , clean and roomy. Staff at check in as well as kitchen/ restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful. They were outstanding and couldn't do enough to help. They are such an asset!

YYIWENA standard Australian-style motel, with a small courtyard surrounded by rooms, and a small outdoor swimming pool is basically for children to play in the water. I was asking for leave from the chef, so I could only go out for breakfast. Instant coffee and tea bags were provided, as well as small bottles of drinking water. The room facilities were relatively simple and clean, almost the domestic Hanting standard. Because self-driving choose here is mainly free parking, parking fees in Australian hotels are more expensive. Arrived early in the morning. As a result, there was no one at the front desk, so I had to go to the nearby shopping mall for lunch and then come back to check in. The old lady was very nice and gave a small can of fresh milk for the in-house guests to make coffee. You can leave after returning. There are many locals staying, but for Chinese guests, it may not be able to adapt to such a simple hotel. If you just want to be clean, spend a night, and not picky, you can choose, after all, the price is affordable!

Very accomodating establishment. Very much value for money. Continental breakfast was great. Very clean, neat and tidy room. Central to everything. Lovely Asian food available up until 8pm and room delivery. Good parking with easy access. Staff are very helpful and happy.

淼淼淼0301Rockhampton Zoo is really fun. This zoo is located next to the local botanical garden. It is recommended to see two attractions together. This zoo is not very big, but there are a lot of animals inside. The animals inside are very cute and definitely worth coming.

TTodemmyThere are many ponds, there is a suitable swimming for the public, the trail here is great, suitable for the whole family to take a walk with children, it is not far from the hill viewing platform, 10 minutes walk, the trail is not steep, whether it is a wheelchair, or a stroller Visitors can come to visit. There is a large children's play area and a beach on the other side of the mountain.
Mount Archer
TTodemmyI spent a few days in Rockhampton and came here for a turn. The city government is repairing the paths, the shoulder roads and the picnic table, which look a little different. Two roads are closed to pedestrians (you will encounter heavy machinery and road closure signs along the path). It was a bit disappointing. I went on Friday and there was no cafe or other facilities nearby.
