We loved our 3 night here. Visited for a concert nearby and have been so pleased with experience All correspondence before we arrived has been brilliant. The hotel is one minute from the tram in a nice area. There was a very friendly welcome and beer ready for us when we arrive. We were even loaned travel card to help us get around. Our bedroom was stunning. Breakfast was also great. We loved our stay and found everyone super helpful.

The third bed in the triple room was like a sofa bed and very uncomfortable to sleep on. Everything else is fine.

comfortable and business-friendly hotel

Hôtel très basique. Bonne literie mais c'est le seul point positif. La chambre empestait l'odeur de tabac ! Du coup, nous avons dû laisser la fenêtre ouverte assez longtemps pour tenter de l'estomper un peu. Salle de bain archaïque, pas très propre avec un lavabo fêlé. Petit déjeuner beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation proposée. Pour une nuit, ça passe mais c'est tout !

The B****y by Warwick made for a very comfortable and reasonably priced stay for two nights in Brussels. We came to visit family in Belgium but the family we usually stay with all had covid-19. So we had to make a hotel reservation at the last minute (actually from the airport in Doha while waiting for our connecting flight). The hotel is very well located. In an area of Brussels that is out of the most touristic parts of the city, but which is surrounded by parks and interesting neighborhoods. And very easy to walk or take the tram to the centre of the city. The staff could not be more accommodating. As other reviewers have noted, the décor is ”classic” and not contemporary. But the beds are very comfortable. and the garden terrace in back makes for a very pleasant place to have breakfast, or tea or a drink in the afternoon or early evening. This is the 2nd time that we have stayed here. And very much enjoyed both of our stays.

Small hotel in a residential area Around there are a lot of mainly ethnic clubs, but by walking for a few steps you can reach other areas with typical restaurants The hotel is small (6 rooms) Clean and with attention to detail The rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished I new bathrooms It is connected to the Everest restaurant where they serve Indian and Nepalese cuisine

Good value for money

On good tram routes to stations and centre. Helpful staff and near some excellent cafes and restaurants. I return regularly. However is now in need of a lick of paint and new carpets. The breakfast room was ill equipped with no teaspoons, saucers for cups, basic coffee. Rather overpricef as it is rather scruffy.
