Ótimo custo benefício, perto da praia, lojas, restaurantes, farmácias, supermercados.... café da manhã bem servido, com várias opções.. funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, tudo limpinho, tv no quarto com canal aberto e alguns canais fechado... Só a piscina que não gostei muito, pequena, e ambiente fechado por ser aquecida...

The hotel is a business hotel, which surprised me in cleaning, organization, and with a newly retired room, but it is not luxurious, but we have come to know. A friendly staff, parking (pay), and excellent location, close to shops, bars and restaurants, and the beach. There are only a few suggestions for the bathroom: I got a little step to get into the bathroom, I gave some towels. they could put something to soften it. also missed a savon for the kitchen and a toilet. I recommend !!

Hotel muito bom,minha viagem foi em Abril de 2023,tinha até esquecido de avaliar,quarto bem limpos,café da manhã espetacular com funcionários bem educados,o hotel de frente pra praia, cama boa dormimos que nem bebês,camareiras em geral atenciosas,precisei trocar a roupa de cama pois tinha derrubado água,uma senhora que parecia ser a governanta,veio trocar bem rápido,mesmo falando que só precisava de um lençol,ela quis trocar tudo, tanto que até ajudei a fazer a cama,de tão gentil que ela foi e isso foi de tarde quase na HR de elas ir embora, muito atenciosa,nota dez e a recepção uma moça que esquentou leite pra mim na cozinha deles pq a copinha de hóspedes não tava liberado,estava em manutenção alguma coisa assim, pessoal da recepção muito atenciosos e gentis,nota dez voltarei com certeza.

Adoramos o hotel. A localização é muito boa próximo de tudo, restaurantes, supermercados, lojas para lembrancinhas, na mesma avenida tem vários bancos.. Tem até um pronto socorro PA. achei incrível. O atendimento da recepção, o pessoal é muito educado e gentil são muito simpáticos. Café da manhã muito bom, a limpeza do nosso quarto deixaram muito cheiroso e organizado. Adoramos foi uma experiência incrível e retornaremos.

I will quote the positive points here: good location, very complete breakfast, even surprised the breakfast suit, good air conditioning in the room, parking is outside the x of the hotel but nothing to catch. The staff at the afternoon of the reception was not very sympathetic, no reception, well dry with the guests. Room with shirts and sweatshirts, towels are very tight, the bathroom was not very good cleaning, on the walls had three traces that remained there all the 4 days stay. When I arrived I had a TV problem, I asked someone to check and a boy came with a control that was badly working, worse than what was already in the room that was not working. On the second day he had a problem with water, when they talked that he had no plan to solve the problem, very dry, nor at least one excuse he had, we had to take a freezer bath after a day of park, for the value could be a more pleasant hotel, the reception eh is beautiful outside, but the rooms are not the same way.

Room without a table with a chair .
The door lacked towel, the door box sabun falling all roughly.
Room with a terrible smell of chest and covers smelling bad .
Dark lift and smelling of mofe.
They promise parking on the site but you don't have.
I was in the bottom of the very bad room.
The breakfast that saves you from so many bad things.

Cerca de playa 2 cuadras y shopping una cuadra y avenida Brasil con mucho comercio y restoranes cercas, de variados estilos y precios. Acceso a hotel siempre con algún recepcionista todos muy amables. y disponibilidad para ayudar y resolver consultas, sino sabían lo googleaban y las referencias para nuestras necesidades se resolvieron(donde lavar o comer...) destacar el servicio de desayuno rico, suficiente y atendedoras amables. Mucamas dejan muy aseado y ordenado el cuarto, reposición de jabón - shampoo ok. Recepción excelente los muchachos. Incluso el manager también colaborador. piscina exterior un verdadero jacuzzi para relajo. instalaciones limpias y se ven recientes. sin olores en pasillos o acumulación de basuras. Para niños fue suficiente la mesa de pool y maquinas arcade...el resto que necesitamos para comer o beber es cosa de caminar y recorrer avenida hotel excelente para descansar e ir con familia ,como muchas que habíamos ascensores buenos Precios módicos Felicitaciones

GGuest UserPésima experiencia. Fuimos con amigas éramos 4 personas, piezas separadas con 2 camas cada habitación. Para comenzar la cama era como dormir en el suelo, tuvimos que solicitar cambio de habitación ya que mis compañeras se quedaron en una mucho más grande, haciendo el cambio pero las camas seguían duras, pusieron un pilo para ablandarla pero de confortables no tenían nada. -El desayuno sobrevalorado, ni una maravilla. -En la habitación de mis amigas un día no hicieron limpieza y pidieron que la hagan pero la limpieza fue nefasta, un asco. -La comida del hotel muy mala. -No llega internet a las habitaciones es demasiado débil la señal -Lo único que rescató del lugar fue el personal, muy amables, entendiendo todas nuestras incomodidades trataban de hacer lo posible. -En resumen este hotel no le alcanza ni para 3 estrellas.

GGuest UserPéssimo atendimento por parte dos funcionários, quartos de camas de solteiro bem inferiores aos quartos com cama de casal, televisor é menor do que a tela do meu notbook, dentro do frigobar do hotel não se encontra uma mísera água mineral o que gera um incomodo ao ter que ir buscar na recepção e quando se busca querem te vender a quantidade mínima de 5 águas, absurdo, pior que ainda querem que você acerte a agua no momento ao invés do checkout kkkk ! A pessoa cansada de madrugada precisa voltar ao apto para buscar a carteira para pagar água mineral. Estacionamento dos carros é pequeno com pouquíssimo espaço. Não recomendo a ngm!
