The hotel is a good option for location and in terms of amenities offered. Staff is attentive but non-intrusive. My requests at check-in and check-out were attended (nothing major asked but still a good point taken). Breakfast is small but has a good variety overall; products were fresh and they even had kosher, lac-free options. cleanliness was on point. Wi-fi had a free option which was sometimes interrupted but enough for regular usage. bathroom was a good size, shower pressure was good and temperature set accordingly. I got a room on the far left of the hotel and thus had another building right at me, it didn't bother me but is is something to take in account. neighbourhood seems pleasant enough if not a bit empty throughout the day and night.

The room is OK, the space is about 20 flat, the table is quite big. The hotel's breakfast is also OK, there are different kinds of eggs to choose from, there are juice, cheese, cakes and the like, the juice seems to be freshly squeezed juice

I hired the flat monthly package, said I would work at home office and I needed peace, unfortunately, it was all I had not! The building's sound is very bad, the front neighbor had a dog that was not stopped to swallow. I called on the reception but the official was very thick with me and did not solve the problem. To worse the situation, the neighbor of the side pulled mobiles and cast objects on the ground! The academy is very weak. There are almost no devices. And when I tried to use the building was a disorder. The region is not attractive and is very dangerous.

Hotel with great benefit cost! Very well located, very large suite (being an old hotel that is an advantage) with few rooms in each floor and comfortable beds as well as a group of staff who from the reception to the ladies of breakfast all treated me very well and very well You have a supermarket nearby with great prices if you want to buy something and various bus points that will take you to anywhere in the city. Pelo preço da diária não parecia ser um quarto sem frigobar, sem telefone e sem TV a cabo. Mas o pior de tudo foi o ”gerente”, que parecia querer me extorquir pois não reconheceu meu pagamento por uma agência internacional, me questionava toda hora sobre o pagamento, dizendo que eu havia sofrido um golpe na internet e que não era justo ele ficar sem receber. Após vários contatos meus com a agência Trip.com que me atendeu muito bem e se mostrou preocupada com minha situação, finalmente ele perguntou meu nome e disse que já tinha recebido sim, há 3 dias. E que toda confusão era pq não havia dito meu nome pra ele. Como assim? Ou é muito burro ou quis dar uma de esperto. Lamentável. Nunca mais ponho os pés lá. E não indico a ninguém. Nem a péssima localização do hotel foi pior do que esse tratamento.

Achei excelente todos os serviços e a acomodação nesses dias que passei no hotel Rila Rica. O quarto tem um bom espaço, cama e travesseiro confortável, o café da manhã com muitas variedades para a primeira refeição, cardápio bem variado para jantar. Top!

Hotel com boa localização em Campinas. O quarto estava bem limpo e o café da manhã era muito bom. Também tem restaurante com boas refeições e com precos bem justos. Funcionários são muito atenciosos e simpáticos. E tem garagem própria se vc contratar!

For those who know Campinas: well located, near the road and the center. For those who do not know Campinas: is in a dangerous place, risky walking alone. New apartment, all refurbished. I just didn't like the bathroom door, which is glass. Good breakfast, I read some negative comments and I think they are old.. I had even mexed egg, cold, cake, more than one type of juice, cereals, fruit, etc, like any hotel. Two negative points: 1)parking, in fact, not available. There are about 4 or 5 vacancies in front of the establishment, insufficient for the rooms. My suggestion: come before, around 12 and walk in the centre until check in.. This is the way you save money with third-party parking. 2)Check-in time: 14 hours! It's too late ... Since the exit is 11.. small rooms do not require so much time for cleaning, that is not even perfect. I would like to see the Commission's proposals for a new programme for the Community's financial assistance.
