O hotel é simples, possui dois andares e não tem elevador. Os quartos são grandes, possuem frigobar, ar condicionado, tv e o que mais você precisar. Quando chegamos fomos recebidos pelo Sr Daniel que nos ajudou com as malas e foi muito solícito. O café da manhã é razoável, dá pra melhorar. O atendimento de uma maneira geral é bom mas também dá pra melhorar. O hotel fica perto da praia de Pajuçara, poucos minutos andando. Não possui estacionamento. Pelo preço que ofereceram a gente está de bom tamanho.

We loved it here on our first visit and felt again home on our second visit! It is a beautiful place located right in front of one of the most beautiful stretches of quite, safe, amazing beaches. The welcome of Enrico and Camilla is genuinely friendly, the all team and their daughters all contribute to ensure the Water front guests a pleasant, relaxing stay. And they succeed! They also run the house restaurant that caters breakfast lunch and dinner by the pool or served foot on the beach. Wifi is consistent and all areas are very well served, cleaning is detailed and views are stunning Good place for a weekend or for long stays , during the pandemic we found this place to be the perfect hidden gem to relax, work and take the most of the beach life

We chose the hotel just now spending the night of arrival before we start our stay in a nearby hotel. We check in at the Supreme Villa on Monday morning (24/10), having been received at 02: 30h. The official who received us indicated our room (but, did not follow us until there), the way to hosting is long, confused and badly illuminadi. When we arrived there, we were surprised by a room without any structure. The bathroom was wet, the bed was without a headboard (unlike the photos of the site) and the air conditioning was not working, and the TV was not even working. The next day we were again surprised by the failure of the Office - we paid much for it. For communication with the reception, the interphone did not work. I asked for a message to call me through the WApp or send someone to the room - and that was not the case. We stayed in suite 2 of the Cockers block - which is super away from the reception, my husband was injured in his neck and so I asked for help to pick up the bags, and I didn't get it. We were told that we could stay up to 14:00 in the room, but at 12:00 the servant passed asking for his disoccupate and the official started the review of the Office. We were starting the honeymoon and it was the worst experience I've ever had with hotels.

I went with my family ( 3 people) in August! I loved everything in the hotel! All staff are wonderful, all very nice and educated, very good breakfast and very varied, the pool with a wonderful view of the green top beach of Maceió. The hotel has a kids area that was essential for me that was with a child! The rooms with a well-baccan cleaning, the location of the hotel is excellent too, if I return to Maceió would stay again at the hotel Tambaqui Beach Hotel! Thanks ❤️

GGuest UserAchei ótimo o horário do café das 6 às 10h, bem diversificado e regional. Quanto ao atendimento, não tenho o que reclamar funcionários solícitos e educados. A limpeza também muito boa, quarto cheiroso e arrumado. A única sugestão que tenho é que seja colocado suportes para pendurar biquínis pois ficamos em 3 pessoas e não tinha muito espaço para colocar roupas de banhos para secar.

The triple room is generously large with a balcony and a cord to hang your wet clothes. The room is a bit old, requires some maintenance, but still is quite comfortable and has plenty of space. The reception desk service was just amazing, staff were quite attentive, in particular, Ms. Lícia was very helpful giving us hints about sightseeing nearby. Generous breakfast with typical local dishes and traditional options.

GGuest UserPessoas acolhedoras, o Pedro, se não me engano o nome dela é Day Gday não me lembro muito bem🤣🤣 e tem o Benício pensa numa simpatia, dedicado comunicativo prestativo, e tinha um outro não me lembro do nome só sei que ele fica responsável por uma ala importante ☺️ de lençóis novos, gente fina também, enfim a equipe toda, quarto muito bom, café da manhã excelente, só na recepção que achei um pouco abafado, se tivesse um ar condicionado lá iria melhorar muito também para os funcionários ali presente ☺️mas tirando isso tudo de bom, a piscina ótima, obrigada equipe do Ritz Plaza mar.

Hotel está precisando de muitas reformas e melhorar muito. Café da manhã fraquissimo e sem higiene, colocam queijo e presunto num buffet de aluminio, com pratos quentes no andar de baixo. Falta pratos, talheres, demoram para repor tudo. Se você for cedo até come melhor, mas depois já não tem mais as coisas, não repoem. Banheiro do nosso quarto não tinha tranca e o chuveiro não tinha agua quente, consertaram o chuveiro só no outro dia depois de pedir umas 5 vezes que reclamamos e cada vez era com uma pessoa diferente. Funcionários ficam se desculpando pelos ocorridos, mas ninguém assume para fazer, acho que falta administração e gerencia firme. Piscina ficou fechada com produtos por 2 dias, dá a impressão que só limpam p/ fim semana pq.chegam excursão. De bom só a localização de resto não dá...
