The hotel is very well located, near the center and road of Piracicaba.When I went, breakfast was not served for COVID-19, but no discount was given for that. Receptionists are very nice (I don't remember the names, but they work on the part of the day and the night), it really cares to want to help and advise on the best nearby options (restaurants, pharmacies, markets, etc). Then then, when I arrived, I had a shuttle in the bottom and hair in some points of the apartment, the final value without coffee is a little salty, because there are better options for the same value or even cheaper. I would give another chance only for the service of the staff.

Arrived at the property early at 10am from international flight and was not able to check-in but realized other people were checking in before us and not having to wait. finally at 3pm i approached the desk and inquired if the room was ready. Just so happens a room was ready exactly at 3pm so completed the check in process, got keys and went up to the smallest nastiest room you could only imagine. I quickly went to the desk and said that’s not the room we booked. Thankfully I had the our reservation printed out indicating a suite and comparing pictures on the website we were given a basic standard room. When questioning the front desk staff, they went silent only speaking Portuguese in front of me like secretive. They went to get the manager, Gunter who came of a back office smiling asking how he can help. however after telling him what my problem was he quickly changed faces and began to tell me over and over that we got the room i booked, referring to a standard room, although i’m holding a printed copy of my suite booking?? Gunter or Gunther (i actually had to ask later as he would not tell me his name). We went back and forth in conversation telling me I was illusional with the room and that i got the standard i booked. I showed him my confirmation print out indicating the suite booked and he actually told me that I can have the suite but would have to pay the difference in rate. This outraged me and I immediately called our booking agent to report his repeated attempt to fraud me into paying more money. I requested to leave immediately because of the discrimination received by Gunter and the insults he continued to express to the staff in portuguese thinking I only spoke English. (Don’t judge your guests by the book) Gunter refused to offer a full refund stating i had checked in earlier in the morning? This was getting crazier, i reminded him I had just received keys as they denied any early check in and he was fully aware seeing me all day around the lobby. This hotel is the worst in all levels of expectations; service, cleanliness and professionalism…if discrimination is what you want then this hotel is for you, otherwise STAY AWAY!!!!!

Localizado próximo as estradas de acesso á cidades do interior e á 8km do centro de Piracicaba. Hotel é limpo, organizado e com decoração moderna. A recepção ampla, com bom atendimento e com itens locais á venda. O quarto bem espaçoso, com boa cama e ducha, frigobar, micro-ondas, TV com canais á cabo, ar condicionado split, uma mini cozinha com utensílios, wi-fi , cortina black-out e limpo.A acústica é um pouco ruim, ouve-se muito barulho e falatórios no corredor, principalmente os quartos próximos aos elevadores.A camareira foi bem simpática, tanto no dia da minha chegada, como no dia da saída. A senha dovwi-fi do hotel é bem criativa.:) O café da manhã é bem variado, com frutas, bolos, pães, yogurt, tortas doces e salgadas, frios, sucos e etc...Caso queiras ovos fritos, omelete e tapioca, há uma taxa extra de R$20,00.O local não é grande, e aos finais de semana fica bem lotado. O estacionamento são 2 andares, com bastante vagas, mas opte por estacionar no último piso para facilitar a sua saída, há muitos pilares. O hotel possui uma pequena academia, um bar e serviço de quarto. Gostei bastante do hotel, mesmo sendo distante do centro

O hotel está bem localizado, Minha hospedagem foi a trabalho, com pernoite de uma noite. O quarto standard localizado no 3º andar é pequeno, simples e com tranquilidade. Fiquei bem acomodada por estar sozinha, para 2 pessoas fica desconfortável. Higienização adequado aos padrões da COVID-19, com lençóis e toalhas brancas, quarto aparentemente reformado. Excelente café da manhã, com várias opções, atendendo a todos os paladares. Gostei e recomendo. Atendimento cordial e simpático desde a recepção até o restaurante. Funcionários demonstram contentamento em trabalhar no hotel. Única ressalva, ar condicionado apresenta ruído pouco elevado, podendo interferir no total desligamento para dormir.

Hotel bem localizado, apartamento espaçoso, bem estruturado, possui ferro e tábua de passar, varal flexível para estender roupas, cadeira e mesinha na varanda, cozinha com microondas e utensílios básicos como pratos, copos, talheres, xícaras, o banheiro possui secador de cabelo com boa potência, dispinibiluzam de shampoo e condicionador, guarda-roupa é espaçoso e possui cabides. Cama grande, confortável, roupa de cama completa com lençol, edredom e coberta.Todo espaço é muito bem limpo!.Super recomendo e pretendo retornar outras vezes.

We stayed three nights at the Beira Rio Palace on my last visit to Piracicaba. The hotel’s conveniently located along the river and has ample parking. There’s a great Churrascaria next door with live entertainment. The party winds down at midnight. The rooms are basic but functional. Internet service could be improved. Breakfast was good but the scrambled eggs were too runny for my taste. The hotel lobby was festively decorated for Christmas and I greatly appreciated their laundry service.

The hotel has a good cost and benefit, and breakfast is with a full time, good options and excellent service. The rooms are good for the hotel's standard and the common areas are excellent with the main focus on the terrain games and the swimming pool of the last floor. I went to business, but I took the children with me while I was there, who enjoyed the hotel very much.
