The small town under the snow-capped mountains is quiet and beautiful. There is a kitchen in the room, and you can see the snow-capped mountains from the balcony. There is a supermarket with a full range of food in the town. very good.

The whole hotel is very out of date, bathroom taps are from the ark. We had a room right opposite the station and the noise of the trains during the night kept us awake. Windows were so dirty you could not see out. No Kettle, told to use the coffee maker to boil water, which left the taste of coffee behind. Staff said the reason no kettles was because they kept getting stolen, and were very rude. No Iron or ironing board either. Would not reccommend. Smallest shampoo and conditioner i have ever seen.

Séjour de 3 nuitées fin octobre. La chambre est grande et très propre. Les lits confortables. Nous avons adoré les produits de douche à l’eucalyptus. Le motel est bien situé, à environ 10 minutes de marche du centre-ville de Jasper. Le décor et le mobilier sont un peu vieillots malgré le fait que nous avions prit la chambre deluxe. L’insonorisation laisse un peu à désirer, nous entendions le chien japper et la douche de la chambre voisine. Nous n’aurions pas payé plus cher pour ce séjour(116$/nuit). En haute saison, le rapport qualité/prix doit être discutable.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom unit at Jasper East Cabins for 1-night in early Oct ($449). This is a new resort, constructed in 2018, so everything is fresh, new, clean and impeccably maintained. The cabin, set one road back (no road noise), had a spacious common room with seating area, TV, etc., and a kitchen/dining area with all of the appliances and supplies and a large dining room table. The bedrooms were both the same size, with large, comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The resort's location, just E of the Park's East Gate, made it a bit remote from the restaurants and stores of Jasper (30 min drive), but next door was the Folding Mountain Brew Pub, rated one of the top three in the Rocky Mountains by some, and just down the road from the sister resort which had a restaurant open for breakfast and dinner. Overall, a pleasant place to stay if you want to avoid the bustle and enormously inflated prices in Jasper but, still a bit expensive for the quality delivered.

Maligne Canyon
CcparisshThe Marin Canyon is near Maling Lake, but it takes about 20 minutes to drive. The canyon is really shocking. The canyon extends very deep in the center of the earth, and there are waterfalls. The water volume is also very large.
Pyramid Lake

Behind the two lakes is the Pyramid Mountain, the magnificent mountain view is a picnic, Popular places for fishing and boating. Lake Patria is clear and visible with high visibility and the rocks at the bottom of the lake. There are many wildlife like North American red deer, fawn, goat, moose, bighorn wild sheep, beaver, Rocky Mountain Rabbit, groundhog and reindeer.
