The hotel is located just beside the lac des nations where you can take a walk in the morning and enjoy the sun. The room is sparkling clean, toiletries are complete, delicious free breakfast,
the staff are nice and can speak english and apologize that their english is not that quite good since french is their language and i really appreciate that. There is also swimming
pool but its cold at that time.

A nice hotel at great location. Room condition was good except the airconditioner was a bit noisy, but overall my experience with this hotel was still nice. They have lots of TV channels including sports 😉

I've stayed twice. The hotel in SHERBROOK is pretty good. The hotel often holds conferences, the popularity is OK, there are some TAI FOOD around, but there are few people in the town. Do n’t expect to eat Chinese food. Near the hotel There are quite a few western style breakfasts which are very good and worth trying.

The hotel used cheap cotton swabs, which were completely useless. The head of the cotton swab fell into my ear. The nonchalant attitude of the hotel front desk made me furious. I spent a whole night in the pharmacy and the hospital. My child's birthday dinner was ruined by them. There was no apology or regret afterwards. What's more outrageous is that when I checked out, I found that the bill had an extra adult meal fee. When I asked the reason, they said someone asked for it and asked to include it in our 320 room fee. What kind of operation is this? I said why didn't you call us to ask. I asked who it was, and they said they didn't know. Anyway, if someone asked for it, we added it. What kind of hotel management is this? It's so easy to get breakfast for free... And I lost a black scarf in the hotel. I called halfway to ask if they found it. The front desk said yes, yes, you can come and get it anytime. I confirmed all the details of the scarf on the phone, and drove back for 1 hour to give me a gray one. ***Color blindness. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever stayed in.

Every time I live here, the owner and his wife are from Nanjing. They are warm and comfortable. Every room has a parking space. The small town has a beautiful environment, so you are right to choose this shop.

GGUANHUAThe device is a bit old. Several front desk staff are good, there is a Jiangsu person at the front desk. The parking space is right at the door of the room. A great place to stay in the United States, Quebec or Montreal.
