This hotel is very well located in the center of Geneva close to train station Gare Cornavin and the Lake of Geneva with the Jet d'Eau. Staff is very friendly, rooms are spaciuos and clean. Breakfast is sufficient with 3-4 types of bread, cheese, eggs, fruit and coffee. Lot of restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops in the neighbourhood. Room had a safe.

My hotel room was clean, bathroom was also very clean. I stayed at the hotel only for a couple of nights & room was being cleaned every day. I was greeted very welcoming & nothing was a trouble. The room was quiet as I hoped it would be. The bed was comfortable and the soft pillows helped me with quality sleep at the night. And also 3 gentlemen at the reception desk spoke perfect English which I found extra special as unfortunately I don't speak any French. Thank you very much for making such an effort with customers. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who looks for a budget friendly but clean hotel with excellent customer service & great location. Thank you once again. Monika

The hotel is in a good environment, just beside Lake Geneva, walking across a bridge, across from a commercial street, LV and other brand stores are here. The hotel didn't have breakfast. I asked for 20 Swiss francs. I have to say that the price of Switzerland is the highest in Europe.

The hotel that was blindly selected before check-in was too much beyond expectations. The hotel is strategically located close to Lake Geneva and can be reached in three minutes on foot. The room is large and very new all day, and the bedding bath kit is not bad. Hotel service staff are very enthusiastic and have to delay the check-out time. The only small shortcoming is that the breakfast in the restaurant is more general, there are not many foods to choose from, but the flaws are not concealed, the overall is very satisfied, will consider it next time! The hotel is located near the Palais des Nations and far from the city center. The hotel staff are very friendly and smile a lot. The drain hole in the bathtub in the bathroom is clogged, and the water cannot flow down, which needs to be improved. Breakfast is a normal continental breakfast, which is relatively simple, but it is still full, without air conditioning, and you must open the window to sleep in the summer night.

This hotel was nothing short of perfection. Service was incredible! The room and the amenities were wonderful. The room we had was really a small suite. The bathroom including a bath tub and a huge shower was larger than many NYC apartments. Location is right on Lake Geneva. You're treated as though you were a guest in their home. Incredibly, even though the hotel is in a 7-story building taking up half a city block, there are only 24 guest rooms. To say the least, space is generous. While not cheap, this reinforces the adage ”you (definitely) get what you pay for. It should make the list of the top hotels in the world!

Great position - really close to train station and bus station. Only 5-10 mins walk to the river. Beds were really comfy. Room was a great size with a fridge and large bathroom. Decor was a a bit dated but it was spotlessly clean. There was a hint of a funny smell which bothered me more than my son, possibly a smoking room in the past. We didn’t use the pub next door for breakfast as there was a small coop less than 5 mins walk away which sold fresh fruit, fresh pastries and fresh coffee. Along with disposable cutlery which we took back to the room. Great to have a later checkout time of 12, and also we left our bags there for a couple of hours in their baggage room. Great value and just what we needed. Felt safe just travelling alone with my son.

The hotel location is good, breakfqst is good. Employess are very helpful. However ı paid more than 100 euro additional cost due to CHF and Turkish Lira curency difference. I called 2 times and sent email 2 times. I am still waiting for the last answer from hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the main train station (the supermarket store in the station is longer than the city, and there is something to buy later). It is within a five-minute walk from the larger ***or mall in the city. The hotel layout is similar to that of the home in China. The room size is small, but it is quite comfortable to live. The handsome guy at the front desk is very patient and friendly. The lobby coffee machine serves hot drinks throughout the day, and the breakfast choices are quite satisfactory. The first floor is bright and has a family hotel atmosphere. Pay special attention to Ctrip reservations. The big bed is still a double bed. It looks like there are not many twin rooms. I didn't specify it. I found it in the store and found two big beds.
