I particularly recommend the VIP access to Changbai Mountain North Scenic Area. It’s very cost-effective. Facing the huge queue with children, I was very happy to book this hotel. The service is also great. The girl at the front desk also answered all questions and was very enthusiastic. The included breakfast is also clean and hygienic. It's a pity that I was short of time and didn't have time to experience the hot springs. I will choose this place next time I come to Changbai Mountain.

There was a bit of hiccup at check-in, and my guess is language barrier might have contributed to it, but eventually it was sorted out, as the booking was already paid via Trip.com. The hotel is not far from the town of Erdaobaihe and Changbaishan high speed railway station, but it's definitely NOT within a walking distance. Taxi or personal driving would have to be arranged. The hotel is big and the lobby is so vast and spacious, but it may be the timing of my visit that is rather empty and quiet. The room is so spacious. I especially love the bed topper; it's so comfortable. Despite the language barrier, the service is wonderful. Although I was a solo guest, they provided a full Chinese breakfast, and it has the best beef dish in China! They have a service that will take you to Changbaishan Visitor Center, north slope entrance, and you may return by taxi. Overall, despite a minor setback in the beginning, I'm impressed!

Stayed for four nights. The location is quite good. We are not too close to the sound of firecrackers. It is friendly to children. There is also a small yard on the first floor where we live. It is great to go out to use the toilet. Except for the slight lack of hygiene, I'm quite satisfied with it. But after all, it's a B&B and the room is so big. I understand. The hotel is very close ( 25 yuan by taxi or 15 mins) from the train station. The staff went out of their way to make my stay more pleasant: they helped me to get a nice Korean dinner and since I told her my train was at 7 am and I wouldn’t be able to take the breakfast. They prepared it for me in a bag for me to eat it at 6 when I leave to the train station. Really warm staff. At first I was placed in a room with very poor soundproof and the next door neighbor was quite loud , had a duster screaming “ mom look” all the time . So the front desk had me moved to another area of the hotel on e same floor . I had a sound sleep. Something that needs improvement is that I needed 3 pillows , the hotel could not provide extra pillows and the ones the Ed has are a bit too thin. But I would stay again!

But the sound insulation between the rooms is very poor. At night, you can clearly hear the people in the next room asking about Xiaodu Xiaodu, and you can also hear the sound of cartoons. Fortunately, there are children living next door who have to go to bed early, so at nine o'clock The TV next door was turned off. In addition, the hotel's hygiene is very poor, especially in the toilet. There is still glue residue on the toilet paper on the toilet seat, and it falls off as soon as it is wiped, which means that it was not wiped when cleaning. The shower was full of water stains and even had residue from the shampoo wrapper. There was still some sticky residue on the table, like some kind of syrup. The service is very good, the environment is very good, and the hygiene really needs to be improved.

The B&B is very large and quiet, with small flowers planted in the yard and several cute cats and rabbits. The housekeeper service is very good. The old man is not used to sleeping on soft pillows, so he specially changed it to a buckwheat pillow. The breakfast buffet is different every day. The variety is rich in a B&B. If you want to have dinner at the B&B, communicate with the butler in advance and they can prepare home-cooked dishes, which are large and delicious. My child wanted to go rafting, and the housekeeper took us to the nearest place to play, and also helped us buy discounted tickets. Overall, I felt very satisfied!
