I booked the hotel on Ctrip. It is conveniently located near the business district. The room is clean and tidy. During my stay, the hotel staff was warm and thoughtful. In terms of price, I think this hotel is a good value for money and a good choice for travelers with limited budgets.

Very nice staff, always kind and helpful.
The position of the hotel is quite near to the Dongguan factories in Qishi and Shipai town (about 1 hour by car) and it's half hour from Changping train station.
Breakfast is good, there is a wide choice of both Western and Chinese dishes.
There is a very good Chinese restaurant inside the hotel and also the buffet is quite good.
The rooms and the common areas are clean.

Treasure Island Hotel is great value for the money that you will pay, it's cheap and very convenient. This hotel's not far away from Humen train station and popular attractions such as The Opium War Museum. It's worth staying for one or two nights. The reception staff is very pleasant and friendly. In the hotel there were not some other amenities, the gym was closed. About the restaurant, they provide totally fine food for breakfast. So, I recommend for everyone to come and enjoy here.

It is clean and hygienic. It is very comfortable to look out of the window. It is not depressing to see the distant view. There are also warm drinks in winter. Every time I come to Songshan Lake for business trip, I will stay in this hotel. The big brands are guaranteed in terms of sanitation and service

I booked two rooms at once and the room was the most satisfying I have ever stayed in. It was more beautiful than several five-star hotels I have stayed in before. The bathroom is very large and the hotel layout is very warm. It's just that the mattress is a little soft. The hotel's buffet food is also good, and it's an experience with good value for money👍. The hotel just opened not long ago. You can see that the receptionist and the cleaning lady have not been on the job for long. Although they are not skilled enough, they are very friendly. The breakfast is not big but the variety is very good. They have everything they should have. The only suggestion is that the coffee beans of Atour breakfast are too hard to swallow. The acidity is so strong that I can hardly drink a cup of Americano. I hope the purchase will be more professional. The taste of the beans determines the impression of breakfast and even the hotel... The laundry room is a highlight. My child went to summer camp. It was very convenient to wash clothes in the hotel after sending him back every day. The washing and drying equipment is very efficient and does not take too long to dry... Finally, let me talk about the surrounding environment. There are really a lot of delicious food here in the New World Center. It is also very convenient to go shopping in Guomao. The nearby Feicheng Roast Goose is very famous. It is basically impossible to get a list at meal times. If you go to eat, it is best to avoid peak hours or take out. MMr. MoThis is definitely the best hotel in the area that offers the most value, and I’ve stayed in more expensive ones.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. All smiles, and the atmosphere is just happy.
The location is amazing. Right in the middle of the market and food street, and a Mac Donald’s very close by. There is even a swimming pool, KTV, and pool tables right next door.
They have a fridge. Yes, for this price they have a fridge. They have a nice small gym and a laundry room for your clothes.
The rooms are clean and well decorated. The beds and pillow are super comfy. Each bed has a soft and a hard pillow. Amazing for those with neck pain.
The hotel is big, clean, with lots of walking room and socializing areas, a bar, and even a coffee counter for the caffeine *******.
If you smoke (I don’t) there are even some smoking rooms.
If you’re in that area, that’s where you should stay.

The Chinese breakfast buffet had a lot of tasty options and even offered fried eggs and toast. I really enjoyed the fried pork dumplings and fried noodles! We will visit again!

EE12345After a working day, I arrived at this hotel, the service was very attentive, caring from check-in to check-out, very professional staff work at the reception. The room was clean, comfortable, free of odors and noises. But I want to pay special attention to the bed, the bed, pillows and blanket were so soft and pleasant as a cloud that I quickly fell asleep and slept like a child. The breakfast was very good, I really enjoyed a lot of different food options . Then to cheer up, I went for a swim in the pool, outdoors with stunning views of the garden, and then to warm up I went to the hot springs, it was bliss, amazing and soothing atmosphere. It was an unforgettable experience to relax body and soul. I will certainly come many more times. Highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserI made the right choice to stay at this 4 star hotel with my family on the last day of Chinese New Year 2024. Although it is an old hotel but it is well maintained, looks new and very clean. It has various health care services from massage to sauna and others. We did enjoy a variety of delicious foods from delicious fruits to local food and more. The facilities are not less than other 4 star hotels but at a reasonable price. It was a wonderful experience staying at this hotel with my children. We were given welcome fruits. Helpful and friendly staff. A large supermarket is located just 100 meters from the Hotel and several restaurants are located not far from the hotel. We enjoyed walking into the CBD through the large and beautiful public park. This is an ideal hotel to stay in with such good amenities and facilities. Will stay at this hotel again on my next trip.👍🙏

SSego Innocent MokgothuRebecca and Naomi gave us excellent customer service at the front desk. Helped with taxis, COVID-19 tests, and overall everything and anything about the resort and hotel.
We enjoyed our stay here because of the service this hotel gave us. “Foreigners” friendly and staff do speak English for visitors convenience.
We enjoyed the big swimming pool. Swimming pool was and is family, couples, adults and children-friendly. Plenty of lifeguards around to assist and take care of swimmers. A few floaters and volleyball space to enjoy in the pool.
Great hotel and a stone throw away from the city centre and buzzing nightlife clubs and pubs. Between 10-15 mins drive.

GGuest UserHotel location is very good, close to a supermarket, many restaurants and the subway station. Like some others have mentioned, soundproofing isn't enough noise from surrounding hawkers was heard during late night and early morning. The hotel building is small, so it seems all rooms are facing the main road. Room was of adequate size and nicely appointed, nice for short stay but not for long stay, due to lack of storage space (no safe and no freezer), and no proper working desk for business travellers. Being a small hotel means facilities are minimal, again fine for a short stay.
Check-in staff was EXTREMELY RUDE, particularly to guests holding non-PRC identity cards. The system was not able to automatically scan an old (but still valid) travel document, and the staff was extremely rude, and even attempted to ask the guest to leave. The same scanning problem did not occur in other hotel, so probably more trainings required to check-in staff regarding travel documents and their manner.

The hotel's location is very convenient, close to the city center, with convenient transportation and abundant dining options in the surrounding area.
