The pillow on the bed in the room was not changed. The waiter called him and he came to change it. The child made up for breakfast for 24 yuan or half price for 48 yuan. The breakfast was not worthy of the name. The breakfast was too bad. This hotel still looks very angry in the local area, but the worse it gets. I hope you don't fall it down, and see if there is any improvement next time.

The hotel as a whole is very grand and the environment is also pretty good. The service is quite satisfactory, but the health code is not checked. The hotel facilities are complete, but there are too many switches and no signs, the switch lights are a bit irritating, and the bedside switch can be turned off after getting up a long way away. The location of the socket next to the washbasin is too low, and the washbasin is prone to splashing water, which feels unsafe. It is recommended to add a waterproof cover for the socket. On the whole, there is still a gap from the five-star.

本人是香港的，太太是湄潭，之前每年都來湄潭幾次探親，因為Covid 19及其它原因，己有五年沒回來，估唔到這酒店服務比我本人在香港中環從事二十多年嘅服務更好，尤其那個叫荩溢的小女孩真是直得一讚，之前看留言有KTV的聲音，本身都有擔心，但是完全沒有的，PS:早餐豐富，訓得舒適，房燈全部可獨立開關，今次真係忍不到要寫小弟嘅第一次評价

酒店整體入住還不錯，房間乾淨，空間也挺大的，廁所也很乾凈，洗漱用品齊全，廁所也沒有什麼異味，挺不錯的，床上也很乾凈，床單被套沒有污漬，關鍵是房間還有免費的泡麪和茶葉一樓大廳也有早餐辦理入住的時候005小姐姐服務很好，挺不錯的一家酒店，下次還會來他家住，，也會推薦朋友過來體驗的，贊
