This is an old hotel that has not been renovated for a long time. Although it is listed as 4 stars, it has not been redecorated and the facilities are dilapidated (see picture), and the overall level is far inferior to that of a convenient hotel. Although the hotel provides free breakfast, some items need to be paid for separately and the variety is very limited. The air conditioner is broken and has to rely on electric fans to cool down. The socket is broken and has to be powered by a power strip. There is no tea, no paper and pen,... The elevator is noisy, and there are sundries (iron wire) in the free breakfast.
Under the sign of 4 stars, it deceives and defrauds consumption. It is planned to inquire about the authenticity of the 4 stars from the relevant competent authorities. ……

The customer service was very good when we checked in, and they enthusiastically told us where to find special snacks. The room was large, clean, and well-equipped. The environment was good and the location was convenient. When I got up in the morning and went to the restaurant for breakfast, the environment was also very clean and the breakfast tasted good.

Great location right next to the shenyang station. The room was clean and suited our needs with two single beds. However, the bathroom door is just a swinging door with gaps so that anyone passing by the door can see you in it and as it is right next to the room door it could be a bit awkward if you someone needs to open the room door while someone is using the bathroom.

The service was very good👍There was so much fruit that I didn’t have time to eat it, especially the airport drop-off service was very good🌷I would like to complain about the hotel🏨’s hair dryer🌬️I plugged it in and searched again and again (whose designer is it😅)

酒店環境很好，停車方便，房間乾淨整潔，到瀋陽都晚上十點了，前台推薦附近的歷程燒烤超級贊！八點半開門去故宮和大帥府，很近開車十多分鐘，很方便！感覺瀋陽現在真的很親民，怕故宮停車不方便，到了發現把商場地庫提前開放，而且四小時免費，省去了好多煩惱和時間，我們一上午故宮大帥府都參觀了，還趕到十二點前能回到酒店休息半小時，洗澡退房，一天的瀋陽之旅超級贊！我為一個遠嫁他鄉的東北人，二十年後回來，感覺很自豪！而且在早市找到了兒時的味道，姑娘果！

酒店前台服務態度非常差，離店需要開水單各種不配合，什麼都不懂，態度還非常冷漠，體驗很不好。溝通各種事情都是做不了沒法做滿足不了，反正是大寫的服。酒店本身還可以，就是有些舊，還算乾淨。

The reception staff at the front desk were kind, the check-in was efficient and fast, and the patient answering various questions made people feel warm. Room service is also very thoughtful and responsive. Whether it is to replenish daily necessities or solve facilities problems, it can be properly dealt with in the shortest time. The hotel's service staff always smiles, giving people a feeling of being at home, the hotel's environment is clean and comfortable, the rooms are warmly furnished, the facilities are complete and well run. The breakfast taste is also delicious, the taste and quality of the dishes are very good because of the fixed room type, breakfast and VIP treatment. The location of the hotel is very convenient and brings great convenience to our travel.
Overall, this hotel is impressive with its excellent service and is a very recommended accommodation choice. All aspects are excellent!

Wonderful hotel in Shenyang which is located next to the highway near the BMW plant, perfect for those who prefer driving or traveling by car. This hotel is also next to an interesting ant-themed amusement park, a China-Germany street, a BMX bike & skate park, as well as a huge ecological park with a winding river & islands which makes for a breathtakingly beautiful view from the room. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with excellent facilities including a large indoor pool, gym & a delicious breakfast buffet in the mornings. We also saw a lovely wedding event & photoshoot being held here! Special thanks to Marie & Cici for making our stay so memorable, we were very pleased with everything & would definitely recommend this hotel.

AAnonymous UserDecent. Room is spacious and have sufficient heating and looks good inside. Plenty of drinking water provided. Near a small food market, the small Palace and alot of shopping malls around if you're into shopping.
However most of the nightlife situated elsewhere, (15-30minutes by cab)
If you goal is just to see the historical attractions and eat some street food, and walk around shopping malls and have a nice place to sleep, it is a good place to stay.
Cons, no smoking area/ room, no spa, gym is pathetic. Big hotel but nothing much. Been to smaller hotels with more amenities.
The new counter staffs are more service orientated than the senior ones. My room card was disabled 4 hours before I checkout. Inconvenience for that last 4 hours, went to the receptionist and she couldn't even extend it but I had to tell the receptionist everytime I wish to open the room door for a room which I had paid for. Just a small simple act of extending my room card and it could not be done automatically.
Newer receptionists service are good. Senior ones are arrogant.
Overall ok, but not value for money.

SSHIN Someone said the room was smaller than the picture, but it wasn't. It's not that small for one person or two people, and rather, what surprised me was that there was no indication in the facility item that there was a refrigerator, but no, there was a refrigerator. Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy cool water and beer in a few days. Of course, shopping in Wanda Square was a paradise for food, and I did all the shopping I couldn't do at the supermarket in the basement. The entrance road is a bit inconvenient, but I highly recommend it. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to the airport, and it was easy to get a taxi early in the morning. thank you

GGuest UserI origanally booked the hotel for one night and planned to move to a second hotel. On arrival the staff were extremely friendly and attentive to their customers. The room was cleaned to a high standard and the facilities were great, although the water in the shower lacked some pressure it didn't cause me any problems. the breakfast posted both Chinese and western style buffet and the food was delicious. I extended my stay another two nights. I would definitely stay again if was in this area.

Lobby - There was a very calming floral scent each time we set foot in the lobby. Nice decor too.
Front desk - helped us to order food and booked Didi (China Grab) when it got too cold to go out. A cute robot would sent the food to our room. Gave us advice on weather and loaned us umbrella. A special shoutout to Ms 刘香男。
Location - first impression wasn't good. It was located in a small alley. We realized it wasn't too bad after we explored the area. Walking distance to 中街, 故宫, 大帅府 and eateries. We stumbled upon a local morning market 白塔早市. The famous morning market 河沿早市 is about RMB12 by taxi.
Room - spacious, bright, bedding was comfortable. Bedroom slippers, bottled water, coffee and tea provided daily. You can request for additional at the front desk.
Bathroom - strong water pressure, complete with amenities needed.

- Clean and comfortably-spaced room, comfortable bed, everything that we needed was provided (hairdryer, hangers, toiletries etc)
- The front desk staff were always helpful and friendly
- There was a laundry room which was convenient if you needed to do laundry
- Good price for a very good stay
- Our only concern/the only con was the glass bathroom door, which was not so comfortable for friends traveling together

NNuonuoxiaIt takes less than an hour to get to the hotel from the airport, which is not too close, but there is no traffic jam on the road. The hotel heating temperature is suitable. I booked a boutique standard twin room in the villa area and received 2 hot spring tickets for free on the day of check-in. The hotel is 70 square meters, has an indoor hot spring, and a relatively large living room area, making the stay more comfortable. The day we checked in was New Year's Eve, and the hotel even sent us dumplings, which were delicious. For hotel takeout, you can order from Lawson which has good reviews. There are also ice sculptures in the hotel, and the hotpot pork in the bathing center restaurant is also quite delicious and not expensive. The bathing center is very large so it's not crowded at all. Many people set off fireworks on New Year's Eve, which is full of New Year flavor and a great experience.

GGuest UserThis was a surprisingly large and inexpensive corner suite. I was pleasantly surprised. I'd hoped to do some catchup work on the work desk, but found the provided chair to be a little uncomfortable.
The air circulation in the room wasn't always ideal. Bad air from outside finding its way in, somehow. Cool at night, and then warmed up a little too quickly in the morning.
The large overhead shower head holes need to be cleaned as the water flow was weak. That said, a tub is provided for those who prefer that.
I couldn't figure out how to use the television converter. The power light was on the appliance, but nothing. It would appear staff does not check the batteries. Likely need replacing.
Breakfast was not included automatically, but the selection seemed sp**** for an established downtown hotel. The attendant, however was very caring for my needs as a laowei.
