Advantages:
1. There is an indoor playground. It is quite large and located between buildings. Although it is a little cold. There are handicraft classes

民宿在景區內，離停車場也不遠，酒店位置沒的說，去哪兒都方便，到了停車場后聯繫了老闆來接。定的這個露台房，逛完古鎮后，可以一邊泡澡一邊看投影，很愜意。看的出來民宿老闆比較用心，還配備了一次性泡澡袋，還有沐浴露和洗髮水都是日本的牌子，這比一些大酒店都用的都好啊，還發現他們家蓮蓬頭有噴霧模式，這個感覺還是挺特別的。房間還有冰箱剛好這兩天有點熱，買了飲料冰起來泡澡的時候喝。對了，樓下的餐廳裏的咖啡機也是自助的，配的是星巴克的咖啡豆，對於早晨喜歡來一杯咖啡的我很合適。總之是一次不錯的體驗……有機會還會來住。

Objective factual evaluation
The facilities software is very good, hair dryer, room projection screen, indoor environment is very good.
Breakfast, it is better not to divide Chinese and Western styles, breakfast does not include coffee a cup of American money. There are no eggs in Chinese style, and there is not even a little grain. It is better to have a bowl of noodles for one person.
In the room, the sink is not suitable for ladies to use, skin care products can not be put down. The shower did not separate dry and wet. Take a shower and get wet everywhere. This bedside plug is too far away, the curtains are not shaded, and it is very bright at four or five in the morning. Maybe the boss is a young man who pursues good-looking things high-end but has no basis for the needs of ordinary guests.
The outdoor environment is really bad, but this can't blame the homestay because the homestay is built everywhere, and there is a lot of garbage in the decoration. This is an external factor.
It is worth happy that the homestay is pet friendly and the staff is very loving for pets.

It can easily reach many scenic spots such as Canglang Pavilion, Hanshan Temple, Humble Administrator's Garden, Liuyuan Garden and Suzhou Museum.Various rooms come complete with broadband internet access and signature upholstery. The restaurant serves Chinese and Western style buffet breakfasts and dim sum. The lobby bar is a great place to socialize and enjoy decent wine and beverage. The grand banquet hall and various conference rooms are great venues for anything from large social events or small gatherings.

I decided to come to Suzhou for the May Day holiday and booked a family room in this hotel. The room is quite large, with a bedroom and a living room. There is a large bed and a single bed in the bedroom, which can sleep 3 people. There are 2 bathrooms, which is particularly good.
There are small gifts for check-in, which are some snacks. There are also small snacks for check-out, and parking is free. The service attitude is also very good.
Don't expect breakfast, it is a very ordinary breakfast, just fill your stomach. The coffee is bland. But other aspects are good, especially Xiao Yang and another lady who registered at the front desk are very friendly and enthusiastic.
This hotel is about 600 meters away from Longhu Tianjie, where there is also Shihu East Road Station on Line 4. It is a little far from the city center, but the price-performance ratio is quite high.

Arrived on a rainy day, the hotel was not easy to find except for the facade, everything else was very satisfactory. The front desk service was quite considerate, and they sent me a picture of the hotel location before arrival. After checking in, I found that the location was actually very convenient, about 4-5 minutes walk from the subway, not far from the exhibition hall and the park station.
It is worth mentioning that the single suite I booked this time was really good, clean, comfortable and warm. I hope the environment and service quality will be maintained for a long time, and it will be the first choice for weekend travel in the future!

Overall, it was a great stay. As per other W hotels around the world, Suzhou W is modern and trendy hotel with good amenities. Centrally located close to Jinji lake with a lot of restaurants and bars around. Some hiccups at the checkout time but quickly resolved by their friendly staff.

I hope we can inform you earlier next time so that guests can have more choices.
After arriving at the hotel, the lady at the front desk was very nice and upgraded the room type for free. Later, the housekeeper lady would also care and remind me from time to time.
It slightly makes up for the regret of not being able to swim.
The hotel is about 15 minutes away from Tongli. No tickets are required in Tongli after 17:00, but there are no shops open after 17:00. It takes about 30 minutes by car to Suzhou city
The hotel environment is quite good. The indoor and outdoor amusement park in the second phase is free. The ones in the resort are outsourced and charge a fee. There is table tennis but only one table. There is a fee for billiards but there is only one table.
The hotel has small animals for feeding, including white geese, squirrels, chickens, pigeons, ducks, and dogs.

RRobsterNot knowing Suzhou at all, I thought I had chosen a hotel to suit my needs for exploring the history whilst still being near the modern. This hotel is ideal for both. With a metro station (line 3) Shajinqiao, within a 10 minute walk, literally, just round the corner, and a taxi ride to either end of where I wanted to be costing me under 30RMB, this was an absolute gem of a find.
On arrival, the staff were very good and extremely helpful. I was checked in without any fuss, with the usual pandemic checks, travel codes, health codes and I showed both 48hr and 24hr covid tests.
The room was cosy, with excellent air-conditioning, a very comfortable bed and very clean. The toilet was intelligent, electronic and quite a novelty. It even warmed my posterior whilst sitting on it!
The hotel provides a kettle and 2 free bottles of water daily though there may at one time have been a mini fridge, it was not there on this visit. Breakfast is served at reasonable times with the last orders being done 10:30am. (11 am at weekends). It is a decent spread, predominantly Chinese food, rice, vegetables, meats with cooked-to-order eggs, porridge (Chinese rice style) and a cold buffet. There are delicious pastries, toast and fruit. Tea and coffee are available along with a varied selection of fruit juices. The restaurant is airy, bright and clean. Plenty of seating is available.
Room lighting was bright and cheerful but could be set to 'mood' which dimmed and made for a more intimate atmosphere.
On Didi App, the hotel does not come under Atour Hotel. You will need to search for Yi He Cha Can Yin Guan Li You Xian Gong Si.
At the time of writing, Suzhou was low risk. However, the recommendation was for Suzhou citizens not to travel and if they had to, to show a 48hr covid test. I had a bit of trouble with getting the app to work and thanks very much, eternal gratitude, to the wonderfully patient and supportive reception staff who all contributed, made phone calls and tried their best to get the app to work. Eventually, we succeeded. That is service and that was fantastic.
Highly recommend this hotel.

RRittzzAfter having shared a somewhat negative experience before, it is completely right to share my experience here again after my second stay. The serious and sincere response to the previous review was reason to book a second stay without hesitation.
The personal welcome on arrival, the room upgrade and welcome gift showed appreciation. The restaurant manager had already noticed my arrival and provided me with a nice cup of coffee.
If you share your travel plan in advance, the front desk will arrange suitable and affordable transport with experienced drivers to and from the locations you want to visit.
The rooms are diverse, spacious, neatly clean and sufficiently equipped with everything you need during your stay.
The restaurant is spacious and provides a wide range and varied breakfast. An extensive lunch and dinner menu is also included. The quality of the food is excellent and their must be a master-cooker in the kitchen. The background music was in harmony of the moment.
The staff are friendly, helpful and, above all, caring their guests. It is making a stay at this Pullman hotel particularly enjoyable.
This hotel manages to continue to guarantee health and hygiene, without you as a guest experiencing any inconvenience.
All staff deserve appreciation. Still want to appreciate 3 people particularly.

- Luca, restaurant manager, who knows what 'his' guests need and is able to give that little bit extra, so that you feel 'pampered' as a guest. Super!
- Candice, guest experience director, (who should be mentioned first). She is modestly in the right place at the right time. With her focused attention, she gauges the needs of guests, she excels in accuracy. Special appreciation for her professional personal and business dealings.
This time we had a very pleasant stay, completely in the style of Pullman.

RRobeyWe thoroughly enjoy this hotel, and return regularly. Situated on the bank of serene lake, surrounded by beautiful walkways and green space, this hotel offers peace and tranquility away from the busy city life.
The rooms are spacious and clean, and present good value for money. Breakfast is always a highlight, providing ample Western options to ensure we feel at home. And in the evening, you can choose to dine at one of the excellent Western, Chinese or Japanese restaurants.
You can easily spend a day just walking about, swimming in the indoor pool and making use of the children's facilities at the hotel.
Not to mention that the hotel is just a 15 minutes walk from Tongli's ancient water town..... a perfect weekend getaway.

GGuest UserOverall, it was a great stay. As per other W hotels around the world, Suzhou W is modern and trendy hotel with good amenities. Centrally located close to Jinji lake with a lot of restaurants and bars around. Some hiccups at the checkout time but quickly resolved by their friendly staff.

GGuest UserLovely hotel, the grounds were really nice and the staff helpful. It is a large complex so there were carts to take you around.
We only ate the breakfast but it was quite good. Lots of fresh food and a good selection.
The drinks option at the bar was poor though. They only had beer or tea, even though the menu offered many more things such as cocktails and soft drinks. It also took them over an hour to realise they didn’t have these available which spoiled the evening somewhat.
We used the spa and the massage was fantastic and the service very good. We also used the hot springs which were nice- however the receptionist was very rude and condescending.
The indoor hot spring was more of a kids play pool which spoiled the experience, especially as there was a regular pool next door which could have been used for this.

Qqueen_kooIf you’re looking for a perfect 4 star venue in the city centre then look no further! This place is a good bargain all round the year and even in peak seasons. I am going to split my review into sections so bare with me.
1) Rooms: The outdated the rooms need a serious paint jobs and the couch is quite “scratchy” material wise. Despite the interior eye sore, the flats are quite cosy with everything you need. Scenery wise , those who aren’t afraid of heights request the balcony rooms ! Maybe they don’t have the views of the shanghai centre shopping mall but the evening breeze did put me to sleep like a baby! Also the television was well packed with nostalgic movies , I really enjoyed the entertainment. Although the TV volume doesn’t go too loud , I guess it’s good respect to the neighbors some of who are long term tenants.
2) Service: Impeccable. The people here, although clearly overworked are so nice! The housekeepers are all so wonderful ! They were the ones who let me come back to a clean flat everyday , really it was a piece of home with a whole lot of help! For shampoos and conditioners and shower gel you would need to let the front desk know you need it, so please keep that in mind!
3) Breakfast: Just enough for survival , I’m quite particular about my tastes in food where the buffet options were too less and unfortunately not too tasty. But I was able to survive…I really hope they can fix this though cause the place although cheaper than others isn’t exactly cheap as well. If you want a good breakfast spread , you will be left heavily disappointed.
There’s a lot of cost cutting the hotel group has done and it’s obvious…I hope Ascott takes this into consideration cause it’s not good to have better hotels around the world but keep smaller cities forgotten and tightly budgeted!!
Suzhou is quite expensive than other cities due to the constant influx of tourists.
I don’t usually write much for my reviews but In this case I seem to care after seeing the overworked hotel staff and the poor conditions around them.
Come on Ascott do better. I initially was tempted to give a 3/5 review stars but it’s the people that pushed it up.

Sseven_47The room is very spacious, the environment is very good, the simple decoration style, it feels clean and comfortable, the setting is fully equipped, the boss service is good, there is a parking lot, there is a charging pile nearby, breakfast is basic but the taste is not bad. The warm weather in this courtyard must be a good place for leisure, recommended!

Pingjiang Road
JJiaaNice walk beside a small canal. Still plenty of people in the area. Lots of old buildings converted to tea houses and shops selling souvenirs, food, snacks, coffee etc. You get a feel of the old Suzhou and the laid back atmosphere
Humble Administrator's Garden
2288***53Humble Administrator's Garden is one of the four major gardens in Suzhou. The whole garden is divided into three parts: East, Middle and West. A large number of flowers are planted in the garden, pavilions are built near the water, and there are rockery scattered, giving people a small bridge and flowing water. It is best to go early, there are fewer people to take pictures, otherwise there are many tourists and there are people everywhere. The whole park is not very big, and it is enough to visit for an hour or two. It is a two hundred meters walk from the Humble Administrator's Garden to the Pingjiang Road block, so these two attractions can be visited together.
Guanqian Street
黯黯然-终极神伤🔴 One of Suzhou City's "cultural business cards". It is located at the intersection of Pingjiang Road and Renmin Road. It is a region that integrates business, culture and history. 🔵 Guanqian Street, similar to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street in Shanghai, is also a bit like Shanghai's Chenghuang Temple. It integrates snacks, meals, shopping, and local specialties. You can stay for a day for eating and shopping!
Jinji Lake
AAnonymous UserI have been to Suzhou many times and visited Jinji Lake for the first time. The first night I came to Suzhou during the Spring Festival holiday, I first saw the "big autumn pants". The next morning I came to take a boat tour of the lake. From the hotel, I also saw that I could book tickets for Deng Peach Blossom Island at 10:30. I didn’t expect to arrive at the scene. It’s already sold out. The next one will be 1:30 in the afternoon. I rushed back, so I changed it to 1 o'clock without landing on the island. The overall tour is about 40 minutes, and every attraction will be explained, and I saw the "big autumn pants" at close range.
Shantang Street
NNattielieA very touristy part of town. Little crowded at 7/8pm. I lived the lights along the water and the streets. Lots of food stall but unfortunately we were full after dinner so settled on some dragon’s beard candy for ¥15.
Hanshan Temple
NNattieliebeautiful area for a walk, the temple inside is also quite impressive. It was a great way to start our visit. The main attraction for me was feeding the koi for ¥10!
Suzhou Museum

Tiger Hill
2288***53The Tiger Hill Scenic Area is mainly to see the Tiger Hill Tower, which is said to be the second leaning tower in the world. Under the tower, I really feel that the tower is tilted so badly. At present, the tower is protected and can only be viewed from a distance and cannot enter. There are several other famous attractions in the scenic area, such as Jianchi, Zhenniang Tomb, Erxian Pavilion, Guanyin Palace, etc., you can stroll around and take pictures. The Huqiu Mountain Scenic Area is not very big overall, and it is almost the same as setting aside two or three hours to play. Then you can take a boat to the Shantang Street scenic spot at the entrance of the scenic spot to continue shopping.
