My luggage and foreign staff helped me to send it upstairs. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bedding was very comfortable. I wanted to buy a hotel pillow to go home. It was very friendly to insomniacs like me. There is also a buffet dinner on the second floor. The atmosphere is very good. Come back to experience their western food package next time, it is quite cost-effective to see the activities on Douyin and **, and overall it is recommended.

I came to Wuhan with my 80-year-old parents, and I came here for the Hilton brand. I was not disappointed. The environment was good, the room was clean and tidy, the mattress was very comfortable, and the girl who checked in, Sensen, was very helpful. The attitude is very good. They call my parents grandparents. It’s so cordial and feels like family. Seeing that my parents are getting older, they upgraded two of my rooms to river view rooms. Standing by the window on the 31st floor, I can see the river outside the window. The night view is panoramic, so beautiful, and the food in the restaurant is quite to my liking. I especially like the hot dry noodles and beef noodles. After the meal, I have some fruit and a cup of American freshly ground coffee. It's very nice! There was a waiter named Zhang Jun who spoke very politely and gently. He made me feel like a spring breeze. He took special care of my parents. I will choose the Hilton brand next time I come to Wuhan!

The hotel is in a good location and it is very convenient to have a subway at the door. As soon as you enter the hotel lobby, the staff at the front desk will greet you with a smile and be very warm. And there are rings in the lobby, popcorn activities, and the children are very happy to participate. But I have to say that breakfast is really a mess. At 9 o'clock, I went to the overcrowded. I just asked the two waiters where they were not slow to collect the dishes. I asked her face and said that they would wait. Fortunately, when I checked in at the front desk, I told me that there were many people for breakfast and let me eat on the wrong peak. I was on the wrong peak but I didn't eat anything. It's really empty. I wanted to give a bad review of 1 point, but I still gave a full score on the face of a sister at the front desk. Breakfast is very poor, very poor, very poor.

The lady at the front desk did a good job and was very meticulous. Xiong Zhou Xiaohua at the front desk was very enthusiastic. He helped me print out a lot of materials I need for my work for free, thank you very much! As for the room, the room type and design are very good. The room is also very clean and bright, and the room is quite large. It is worth staying.

MMohamedThis is our 3rd time staying at this hotel We used 3 bedroom apartment. For sure there is a strong reason for continuing to book at this hotel. I shared before in 2 separate posts the excellent location and facilities and above all the warm hospitality.
This time I have to add that the breakfast has been improved and reasonable but there is still room for excellence.
I would like to thank Miss Coco Zhang from the front desk for her excellent service and warm-hearted devotion to doing her work, You make our stay more pleasant indeed.
We will be always stay at this hotel whenever we come to Wuhan.

GGuest UserThe sister at the front desk was very enthusiastic. She gave me hot ginger tea when I entered the door. She helped me put on a protective cover for my ID card. She also upgraded the room for free.
The room is very big. I like the independent audio system very much. The quilt is very big and presses against the mattress to prevent it from being kicked. There is quite a lot of breakfast.
Aunt Tian in the guest room also thoughtfully gave me a makeup mirror.
The staff at this hotel are very nice, very attentive and considerate of customers. I will come back next time I have the opportunity to come to Wuhan.
(It would be better if there was a place to dry bath towels in the bathroom)

MMauveMLocation of this hotel is certainly convenient, located right off Songjiagang metro station. The destination is perfect for travelers who want to have easy access to the airport (2 metro stops and only about 12 minutes from Tianhe airport), especially during rush hour times when driving would take a much more circuitous route. I have stayed at this chain of Vienna International Hotels before and have had much better experience, but I suppose this depends on location and type. This specific hotel looks palatial upon entering but the rooms are definitely a bit lacking - it seems better suited for those who need only a quick overnight stay to catch a flight. Would not recommend for longer sightseeing trips as rooms have poor sound insulation (I could hear very clearly the conversations of those in a nearby room the entire night - every single word), as well as a very confusing layout. But we did encounter very very kind and nice housekeepers.
I am a well-traveled person and understand and appreciate cultural differences and norms in different cities/countries/etc so I generally would not take time to write about this but this experience was too notable not to. Since this was an international hotel and located by an international airport, I expected better service than received. I had just had a long journey and a canceled flight and found this booking on Trip, which was confirmed. Once I arrived at the hotel, I presented my passport for check-in, as I am a foreigner and do not have a ************** ID card. However, the attitude of one of the front desk hotel clerks was incredibly rude. The clerk immediately told me (without even asking) that I could not live there using a passport to check-in. According to Chinese law, this is obviously not true and a false statement. I imagine the clerk felt too lazy to have to scan my passport details but felt extremely uncomfortable at this exchange. There is no local stipulation that foreigners who live and work long term in China cannot live at the hotel. In fact, being an INTERNATIONAL hotel chain located by an airport, how can you not take guests who have passports? Following this exchange, I asked for an extra room card as I am traveling with a friend and was given a ”fake” card that did not work. The front desk worker did not even bother scanning it, so it was really useless. I suggest better training and customer service / hospitality guidance for your hotel front staff. This was the worst experience in customer service I have ever had from a Trip.com booking. Will never stay here again.

TTKFirst off, I want to say that the housekeeping department was wonderful. They were not only great cleaners but they were also very thoughtful about checking when we would be out of the room during the day if they happened to show up when we were there. A few other things that were great about the hotel: the spectacular location (it's near so many great restaurants in a very walkable area), the big empty swimming pool with a view of the city, the generosity with face masks, and all staff seemed well trained in hospitality...
So it breaks my heart that our arrival at the hotel so completely marred our stay.
When my kids and I walked into the hotel one of the staff--I'm afraid I didn't catch her name in my shock, but I believe she was the manager on duty--grabbed a handful of gloves and handed them to us as we were still struggling to pull out all the green codes required of us (we were told to show two codes initially and then later would go through many more codes in a quest to see which would be accepted). She started the conversation by asking if we were leaving and when we said we were checking in, she asked to see the tracing app and immediately declared all the places we had been to as dangerous (the app was green and there were no asterisks at that point, I would later gain an asterisk thanks to being in Wuhan). They were not. We had travelled carefully, tracking the news of outbreaks and did our best to avoid all dangerous locations and crowds. We explained this to her and walked her through every place on our trip that we had been, but she refused to accept any of this. She kept insisting everywhere we had been was dangerous. It didn't matter to her how many green codes we had. We were foreigners that had come to Wuhan from a city in Jiangsu, taking a route that travelled near provinces where there were COVID-19 cases, and that meant we were dangerous.
I want to be sympathetic. People in Wuhan had a much worse 2020 than anyone else in China. I can only imagine how terrifying it must be to have another significant outbreak a year later (we further had the bad luck of arriving in Wuhan on the same day as new cases). The hotel staff gave us a free fruit plate and they gave my daughter a stuffed animal, which she adored.
But I was also travelling alone with two kids who were so traumatized by the experience (they were worried that we would be taken to a hospital or quarantine center and separated for who-knows-how-long) that they initially refused to eat dinner and still talk about the experience a week later (it didn't help that they noticed a Chinese guest arrive and check in without a face mask while we were still being interrogated with gloves and masks on and waited for a doctor to come and clear us).
When the kids finally did decide they would eat, so long as we didn't leave the hotel, we discovered there was no longer ocean fish or seafood on the menu because of the virus which was interesting because we would find plenty of places outside the hotel that still offered salmon. Later when we tried to go to the Thai restaurant in the ball, we were told it was not open to us because of COVID-19 restrictions even though two lovely ladies who looked shocked to see us in the elevator were welcomed in. I assume there was some small private engagement or meeting that wasn't open to the public as there was no information anywhere that said the hotel restaurant was closed to the public.
So I am divided on my feelings on this hotel. I want to believe it is a well run hotel and we were just unlucky to arrive on the wrong day. I can't really see myself staying here again if I return to Wuhan. My kids and I didn't really feel welcome here.

KKAN See YemThe staffs were friendly, helpful and efficient in their work. The premises were kept in tip top condition and spotless, a feeling of brand new. The hotel lobby was simply magnificent. Made me felt like a VIP. The breakfast at the revolving restaurant was without question superb - wide range of Chinese, Western and local specialities. The Metro station entrance was only 5 minutes walk. Between the station and the hotel were full of eateries, convenient stores and flowers shops. This hotel is highly recommended. My wife and I had a lovely time.
