Rundum gelungenes Konzept im Design. Tolle Lage mit Wanderwegen und rundum Wald mit toller Aussicht vom Hotelzimmer. Zimmer sehr stylisch und clean mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, wie Minibar, Safe, Nespressomaschine und Wellnesstaschen. Auf Wunsch auch eine Bestellung der Blackroll-Kissen möglich. Badezimmer mit Dusche und einer großen Ablage für Kosmetik, Fön ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Restaurant mit Frühstück und Abendessen macht einen super Job. Sowohl die Qualität der Speisen als auch die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist sehr gut, etwas größere Rohkostauswahl wäre noch ein i-Tüpfelchen gewesen. Ansonsten hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das 4-Gang-Menü am Abend war sehr fein, perfekt abgestimmt und auch auf Unverträglichkeiten wurde eingegangen. Die Portionen waren genau richtig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Fitnessstudio ist sehr gut ausgestattet und jederzeit 24/7 zugänglich. Die Glasscheibe ist nicht vorteilhaft, man kommt sich vor wie auf dem Präsentierteller. Wellnessbereich ist sauber, allerdings findet man am Nachmittag kaum Liegen vor. An unserem Wochenende war das Hotel sehr stark besucht, somit war es wirklich im Ruhebereich auch sehr voll. Mehr Saunaaufgüsse am Wochenende wären wünschenswert. Eine Station mit frischen Handtüchern nach Bedarf, wäre von Vorteil. Massagen sind sehr zu empfehlen. Parksituation um das Hotel katastrophal, macht auch überhaupt kein schönes Bild. Wir haben im Hotelparkhaus für 8€/Nacht geparkt, dieses war fast komplett leer, dafür standen die Autos draußen teilweise in dritter Reihe und bis zur Einfahrt voll. Versteh den Sinn nicht dahinter, dann macht doch das Parkhaus für die Hotelgäste einfach kostenfrei und erspart euch diese unschöne Parksituation um das Hotel rum. Andererseits ist es auch unverständlich, wie Gäste, die sich für mehr als 500€ pro Person das Wochenende in dem Hotel leisten und dann aber keine 16€ für das Parken übrig haben. Personal an der Rezeption, leider teilweise sehr barsch und unfreundlich. Man fühlt sich leider nicht wirklich willkommen.
