The hotel tries to sell itself as a ”lighthouse in how to deal with people and nature better”. Sadly when I have been here, I have been mainly served by unfriendly staff. I don´t feel as if I am being dealt with well when I am here. Sadly when this happens it brings out the bad side in me. The decor of the hotel is nice. The apartments are well presented and are comfortable. It is a serviced apartment hotel and the hotel bangs on about being sustainable. Also on booking.com it advertises itself as having ”These rooms are equipped with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette including coffee & tea making facilities.” I would have the impression that this means you have coffee in your room. Sadly you don´t and the sustainable hotel which is asking you to reduce waste, charges €10 for 250g of coffee. You get enough coffee in the room for 2 cups on arrival but nothing is replenished. So you either go without or you are likely to waste the beans you aren´t likely to take home with you. Surprisingly the TV comes with channels. A similar concept would have been a TV where you are expected to provide your own services for. So good aspects but if you do like service, look elsehwere.

The hotel is ideally located in the centre of the city directly at the metro station to Munich. The car can be parked free of charge in the garage or 100 meters further publicly free. The entrance is accessible from the pedestrian zone. Something strange that the hotel lobby has a different outside entrance than the bedroom. Maybe it's because of Corona restrictions. I didn't ask. The spacious room actually booked as double room had unsinnfully two beds, which all was somewhat ended. There was actually everything correctly booked. I had to leave at 6 a.m. unlike my family. Sorry that the hotel did not offer a breakfast package. I paid the breakfast but. Finally it was a good stay with traffic-friendly connection. But it was not quite round and not optimal. It would be better if access to the hotel would lead through the main entrance. Otherwise it would be more like an apartment hotel.

In fact, 1 point is still too much. The worst MotelONE I've ever stayed in. The staff at CheckIn was so slow despite several waiting persons a) alone and b) so slow; in the evening the reception was incl. bar with a person who was even slower and hardly traced to sell a drink to the waiting person. For that, the fire alarm was continuously piped - this was quitted by the staff with a axle suck. Can he do nothing. After half an hour! I had my drinks, which were also calculated twice. I advertised, So far the motel has not signed up. Incredible. And in the morning the Foyer was too small for the many guests; then we put our breakfast inside in a corner. Horrible. I think the next mail I have to change the chain. But the too much calculated EUR 10 would still like to return. Oh yes - the safe was defect. Unfortunately, I couldn't tell anyone who would have had time.

This is conveniently located on the Garching campus, so has just become my hotel of choice when visiting one of the research institute here. The rooms have a small kitchenette, which I like. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was of reasonable quality, although exactly the same very day. Note that for short stays the kitchens are by default not equipped, but you can request this for a small extra fee. The only negative point is that there are very few facilities in the area. The only restaurant open in the evening is in the next door Marriot, but it is very poor. There are no food shops, so you need to travel to Garching to buy supplies: but that is only one stop on the U-Bahn, so quite quick.

We spent here two nights because of a snow storm and all the flights from München were cancelled. We arrived from Oman and should travel immediately to Amsterdam, but our flight was cancelled due to the snow. We immediately booked this hotel. The staff was very friendly and try to help as many people as possible. They really worked over hours and the whole lobby was full of stranded travelers. I have great respect for how they did all this while being still very friendly and attentive. So great respect for the staff and they really helped us out. Hotel is quite basic and the breakfast buffet is great and there’s an enormous variety to choose from.

For the fair I had to book a hotel outside because the prices were already pretty expensive. Two nights here over € 200 fair price is still perfectly well. From outside the construction does not make much, the lift has already experienced better times and the gangs narrow and narrow. Then to the great surprise the rooms are not so bad the bed very hard it does not miss anything a small desk a small chair for it but and for it there are also extra points, the bathroom is made new, see also photo. At the reception, on request, I was told that the rooms in the hotel were all made a few months ago why you didn't even highlight the pictures online is a mystery for me. Breakfast How much you want to drink Croissant Salt Brezel also to take no super luxury I ate a yoghurt ne banana it just fit everything small breakfast for little money. The hotel would have received a star from me too if there weren't the bad cleaning service. I just looked under the bed that heard me just about it under the bed besides large dust flocks, even crown corks of any operations that can't be done at all. My empty cookie bag is still on the table was left on this morning so even if it is a cheap hotel a little service you can already expect just what cleanness is about after the years of Corona.

GGuest UserThe hotel tries to sell itself as a ”lighthouse in how to deal with people and nature better”. Sadly when I have been here, I have been mainly served by unfriendly staff. I don´t feel as if I am being dealt with well when I am here. Sadly when this happens it brings out the bad side in me. The decor of the hotel is nice. The apartments are well presented and are comfortable. It is a serviced apartment hotel and the hotel bangs on about being sustainable. Also on booking.com it advertises itself as having ”These rooms are equipped with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette including coffee & tea making facilities.” I would have the impression that this means you have coffee in your room. Sadly you don´t and the sustainable hotel which is asking you to reduce waste, charges €10 for 250g of coffee. You get enough coffee in the room for 2 cups on arrival but nothing is replenished. So you either go without or you are likely to waste the beans you aren´t likely to take home with you. Surprisingly the TV comes with channels. A similar concept would have been a TV where you are expected to provide your own services for. So good aspects but if you do like service, look elsehwere.

EErhard2000The hotel is ideally located in the centre of the city directly at the metro station to Munich. The car can be parked free of charge in the garage or 100 meters further publicly free. The entrance is accessible from the pedestrian zone. Something strange that the hotel lobby has a different outside entrance than the bedroom. Maybe it's because of Corona restrictions. I didn't ask. The spacious room actually booked as double room had unsinnfully two beds, which all was somewhat ended. There was actually everything correctly booked. I had to leave at 6 a.m. unlike my family. Sorry that the hotel did not offer a breakfast package. I paid the breakfast but. Finally it was a good stay with traffic-friendly connection. But it was not quite round and not optimal. It would be better if access to the hotel would lead through the main entrance. Otherwise it would be more like an apartment hotel.

We spent here two nights because of a snow storm and all the flights from München were cancelled. We arrived from Oman and should travel immediately to Amsterdam, but our flight was cancelled due to the snow. We immediately booked this hotel. The staff was very friendly and try to help as many people as possible. They really worked over hours and the whole lobby was full of stranded travelers. I have great respect for how they did all this while being still very friendly and attentive. So great respect for the staff and they really helped us out. Hotel is quite basic and the breakfast buffet is great and there’s an enormous variety to choose from.

GGuest UserThis is conveniently located on the Garching campus, so has just become my hotel of choice when visiting one of the research institute here. The rooms have a small kitchenette, which I like. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was of reasonable quality, although exactly the same very day. Note that for short stays the kitchens are by default not equipped, but you can request this for a small extra fee. The only negative point is that there are very few facilities in the area. The only restaurant open in the evening is in the next door Marriot, but it is very poor. There are no food shops, so you need to travel to Garching to buy supplies: but that is only one stop on the U-Bahn, so quite quick.

GGuest UserIn fact, 1 point is still too much. The worst MotelONE I've ever stayed in. The staff at CheckIn was so slow despite several waiting persons a) alone and b) so slow; in the evening the reception was incl. bar with a person who was even slower and hardly traced to sell a drink to the waiting person. For that, the fire alarm was continuously piped - this was quitted by the staff with a axle suck. Can he do nothing. After half an hour! I had my drinks, which were also calculated twice. I advertised, So far the motel has not signed up. Incredible. And in the morning the Foyer was too small for the many guests; then we put our breakfast inside in a corner. Horrible. I think the next mail I have to change the chain. But the too much calculated EUR 10 would still like to return. Oh yes - the safe was defect. Unfortunately, I couldn't tell anyone who would have had time.

GGuest UserFor the fair I had to book a hotel outside because the prices were already pretty expensive. Two nights here over € 200 fair price is still perfectly well. From outside the construction does not make much, the lift has already experienced better times and the gangs narrow and narrow. Then to the great surprise the rooms are not so bad the bed very hard it does not miss anything a small desk a small chair for it but and for it there are also extra points, the bathroom is made new, see also photo. At the reception, on request, I was told that the rooms in the hotel were all made a few months ago why you didn't even highlight the pictures online is a mystery for me. Breakfast How much you want to drink Croissant Salt Brezel also to take no super luxury I ate a yoghurt ne banana it just fit everything small breakfast for little money. The hotel would have received a star from me too if there weren't the bad cleaning service. I just looked under the bed that heard me just about it under the bed besides large dust flocks, even crown corks of any operations that can't be done at all. My empty cookie bag is still on the table was left on this morning so even if it is a cheap hotel a little service you can already expect just what cleanness is about after the years of Corona.
