Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit einem sehr bequemen Bett, ausreichend großem Fernseher, schönem Bad mit allem was man braucht und einer kleinen Küchenzeile mit einem kleinem Waschbecken einen ausreichend großem Kühlschrank und einer Mikrowelle. Das Hotel liegt sehr außerhalb von Augsburgs Innenstadt welche sich aber mit dem Auto gut und schnell erreichen lässt. Dadurch das dass Hotel in einem Gewerbegebiet befindet ist es verhältnismäßig ruhig. Meiner Meinung nach fehlt in dem Zimmer ein Wasserkocher und das Zimmer könnte ruhig auch etwas öfter gereinigt können denn es wurde bei meinem Aufenthalt nur einmal gereinigt. Trotz dessen war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen welcher ein günstiges Hotel sucht aber nicht auf Komfort verzichten möchte ist in diesem Hotel gut aufgehoben. Ich werde auf jeden fall wieder kommen.

This hotel is located near the hospital, around 5 km (3 miles) away from the city center. You can visit the city by tram or by taxi/Uber. The hotel has spacious rooms (for European standards) and it is clean. The beds are comfortable. But what I liked the best is the attitude of the personnel. They are *ALL* very kind, ready to help you with anything, and very accommodating. One thing you need to keep in mind, though, is that the reception is not open 24 hrs. If you leave after hours (e.g., early morning) you need to check out the night before and then you leave the room key in your room. Another great feature is the quality of the breakfast buffet they have. you really need to try it! It includes eggs (hard-boiled and scrabbled), an assortment of cured meats and cheeses, freshly baked croissants and various breads, sweets, and a bunch of other items. If breakfast is not included in the room price, it costs 15 Euros (and it is well worth it!) Around the hotel there are not too many things to do. You can have dinner there or walk 7-8 min to go to a nearby biergarten (Grill 'n Chill). But be aware that at certain times at night, sitting outside makes you a mosquito target. If you are going to the Munich airport they can recommend you a taxi/limo service, which operates a direct shuttle service for 50 Euros (they have more expensive options if you do not want to share your drive). This is a great deal since the railway ticket costs 29 Euros, you need to get a taxi to the station (I paid 15 Euros for Uber), and you need to change trains in Munich. So, if you need to stay near the hospital or you want a very good place to stay while visiting Augsburg, this is a great choice.

The staff on duty at the counter is only until 10pm. If the time is exceeded, you can only contact with an emergency phone, which is relatively not very convenient. In addition, when checking in, the automatic check-in machine at the door failed, and the whole check-in was delayed for a long time, but the service staff actively helped to deal with it.

The hotel manager has very warmly received us, explained the check-in and check-out as well as the parking possibility of our holiday car in the TG. The modern, functional, minimalist, aestheticly clearly designed hotel, located centrally to A 8 is impressed with direct public transport connection (roadway) to the city centre. The room is skillfully divided and practically furnished. Rarely we have seen such a well-shaped bathroom with perfect fuggen raster of the tile mirror, the clear details. The learning expert is happy. The rich breakfast was pleasant. We are happy to come back when the road passes in the south. We thank you very much. Price, performance, location are absolutely consistent and recommend further.

I was in this building for two nights, 25 and 26 April 2019 with two other families with children. Nothing to say on the room: wide, with a double bed and a very solid castle bed, soft and comfortable mattresses, clean clothes, very comfortable bathroom with big shower, small helpful kitchen to prepare breakfast in the morning, and round tables with two seats. We enjoyed the great common kitchen made available to guests. We noticed a little incursion in the cassettes, probably due to the miseducation of some guests. The kitchen has allowed us to spend a pleasant evening in our company, cooking a simple Italian ”pasta” so I would say good structure, even if viewed from outside I must admit that it is not very attractive. Posizionato nelle vicinanze dell'autostrada ma non vicino al centro (comunque la zona è servita dal tram). Albergo con ristorante, piscina coperta, spa, parcheggio privato. Colazione, centro benessere e piscina non sono comprese nel prezzo per le camere standard. Nonostante il parcheggio sia proprio dell'hotel hanno comunque deciso di farlo pagare 10 euro al giorno.

The hotel staff has a good service attitude and good health, but there is no refrigerator in the room, breakfast is OK, there is free parking, there is an outlet next to it, and the supermarket is far away.
