The hotel is very new, the service is good, the breakfast is also very rich, just opposite the train station, it is more convenient to travel, not far from the central location, eating activities are also very convenient, the company generally lives there on business trips.

Although Maritim is a major chain in Germany as well as throughout Europe, this is the first time my wife and I stayed in one of their properties. All in all, a great hotel offering some incredible views of the Ulm Minster and the Danube. The check in was very easy with most desk clerks having various language skills. What I didn't like was how much more parking and the breakfast was added on to the stay. Still, I must say that the any breakfast offering champagne says a lot to us as we always enjoy several glasses before hitting the pavement to walk the city. We also closed out our evenings each night enjoying more wine and/or champagne. Next time, perhaps we will dine up here in the restaurant with a panorama view overlooking the Danube and the city. This place had an indoor pool; however, the water was not warm. Perhaps that was intentional to dissuade usage in this COVID environment. As Germany continues to open, I may have to start checking this chain out as we were overall impressed.

Motel One in Ulm is really very beautifully made. When you have a room to the indoor courtyard, you can't hear anything from the pattern that is right next to it. The rooms are very attractive and spacious. All is clean. The location of the hotel is great: in the middle of the city and there is a great roof terrace on which you can also have breakfast. Breakfast is good and staff are friendly. Only the route is complicated and you have to park in a public parking house. Best to go directly to a parking house and not try to get to the hotel by car.

Useful pretty hotel, easy to reach by train or car, with possibility of parking, outside (free) or in the private garage; very near to the city center, just above the old fascinating fishermen’s medieval quarter. Our room vas at the top floor, very pretty and quite silent, considering the proximity of the railway. Staff is nice and pleasant, I think here you can find the best quality/price ratio in the city center.

We had an wonderful stay at the Comfor in all aspects. The cleanliness of the rooms and dining/kitchen areas were excellent. The staff are super helpful, professional and friendly. We have stayed on numerous occasions and in different seasons it is cosy in Winter and cool in the Summer, beds are comfy and showers hot and powerful. There is a delicious breakfast available which includes freshly cooked bacon and eggs, fruits, yoghurts, cereals, assorted lovely breads, pastries, cheeses, meats and juices. The coffee is great! The parking under the hotel is very handy and there is also a tram quite close by to connect to the hotel if arriving by train. Restaurants and The Munster are just a short walk away and it’s lovely to stroll the old town. We will continue to visit this wonderful home away from home and thank you for looking after us so well we really appreciate everything you do for us each time we stay, you are all fabulous.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Garni am Zehntstadl for several nights while visiting friends and touring Ulm. We had a spacious room with a bathroom that had good shelf space to store our toiletries. The staff was terrific -- very friendly, helpful and responsive. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. The hotel is spotless and well maintained. A bus stop is about two blocks away with a bus that takes about 12 minutes to take you into the center of Ulm. We had no issues with the WiFi. Be aware, though, that there is no elevator, and no air conditioning. Despite that, we would easily stay here again.

WWookie1957This a really nice hotel in every aspect. The rooms are larger and extremely comfortable and are spotless. The bar area is really nice and welcoming. The restaurant is very good and the quality of food is very good. The breakfast is one of the best I have had at a hotel in Europe. The staff are very helpful and extremely friendly nothing is to much trouble. The hotel has underground parking with a fee payable per night. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the city center and the train station. Once in the center there are many restaurants to choose from and if you have time at the weekend you can explore the old town of Ulm just a couple of minutes from the city center. I will recommend this hotel to colleagues who come to work in Ulm and also friends and family if they visit Ulm. Thank you to all the staff and management who made my stay so enjoyable..

GGuest UserAlthough Maritim is a major chain in Germany as well as throughout Europe, this is the first time my wife and I stayed in one of their properties. All in all, a great hotel offering some incredible views of the Ulm Minster and the Danube. The check in was very easy with most desk clerks having various language skills. What I didn't like was how much more parking and the breakfast was added on to the stay. Still, I must say that the any breakfast offering champagne says a lot to us as we always enjoy several glasses before hitting the pavement to walk the city. We also closed out our evenings each night enjoying more wine and/or champagne. Next time, perhaps we will dine up here in the restaurant with a panorama view overlooking the Danube and the city. This place had an indoor pool; however, the water was not warm. Perhaps that was intentional to dissuade usage in this COVID environment. As Germany continues to open, I may have to start checking this chain out as we were overall impressed.

Nearby, Netto supermarket is also there.
On the right of the hotel , there is a good passage and a park.
Staff at reception was quite helpful.
We loved the hotel.

HHi-MissThis trip went to several hotels during the trip. Except for the Hilton at the airport, this hotel was the most satisfactory one on this trip. The price is very affordable, the rooms are clean and clean. I heard that it was a new hotel that was renovated last year. I heard from the front desk that there is an old Riku Hotel about 10 minutes’ walk away from this hotel. Like other hotels in Europe, there is no kettle inside. , Slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes and the like, shampoo and shower gel in a bottle. Other facilities are available, including tables, lamps, hangers, etc. The hangers are not fixed in the cabinet, but can be taken out to hang clothes, which is very nice. Besides the location, next to the ULM Cathedral, the entire town is built around the Cathedral, so I will never be afraid of getting lost, and I can go back to the hotel smoothly if I walk. Downstairs is a well-known restaurant for eating pork knuckles and beer, and there is an Alnature supermarket next to it, which is all convenient. By the way, the front desk of the hotel only works in the afternoon. There is no one in the morning and no one after 10 in the evening. Because the train is delayed, the hotel arrives after 10 o’clock. The key is to call the switchboard and get the key through the KeyBox next to the door. Come out, give a reference to those who are late.

GGuest UserDas Hotel ist für einen Stadtbesuch echt gut geeignet, bei der Anfahrt nicht unbedingt gut zu erkennen, da würde ein größeres Aussenschild helfen, aber sonst völlig ausreichend. Das viel zitierte Problem mit der Tiefgarage samt Aufzug ist überhaupt kein Grund zur Beanstandung, lediglich halt ungewöhnlich. Die Zimmer sind überschaubar in der Größe und die fehlenden Ablageflächen im Bad nicht optimal, aber für einen Kurztrip okay. Die Lage im Zentrum und das Frühstück sind vollkommen in Ordnung und auch das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Preis ist angemessen für das Angebot und wer mehr will, sollte sich klar sein, dass das auch mehr kostet, daher hier: empfehlenswert. ☆

GGuest UserI found the B&B surprising value for money. Though located away from the centre, it's only a 10 minute walk to get there. Yes, the hotel stands by a fairly busy road and overlooks the main railway station but I was surprised how well sound-proofed the building was, and my room directly faced these areas. Also, bear in mind, activity on road and rail is minimal at night. The room with its bathroom/shower was to a high standard, modern, clean and functional. I'd read the reviews before my visit. On my arrival, I understood immediately why they were so good. If anyone is looking for an inexpensive stay in Ulm and doesn't mind stopping a little outside the centre, this place ought to suit. Out of choice, I didn't use the breakfast facility or the bar. It was a simple stop for me and I have no complaints whatsoever. For the price, the standard was excellent.

GGuest UserDon't let the reception staff put you in room 241. It is what I would call a tip. We requested a twin bedded room. However, this was originally a double bedded room with two single beds put in it with no thought of lighting arrangements. The floor covering was filthy, the toilet smelled damp and the tiles on the wall and floor were infected with black fungus. The shower hose was black with fungus too. Not what any guest should expect to encounter in these times. The bed sheets were, at least, clean. The hotel shows some lovely photos of other rooms but room 241 looked nothing like the pictured ones. The breakfast was ok. The car parking was secure and much cleaner than our room. I should have returned to the reception and complained but I had had a long day driving and was in no mood to challenge anyone about the state of the room. At least my eyes were closed for most of the time and I could not wait to leave the establishment.
