Hola, solo quería dar mi opinión sobre el comedor, ya que sobre el resto del hotel no tengo nada que decir. Mi hijo es alérgico a la proteína de leche de vaca y se ha alojado en este hotel. Yo contacte con ellos semanas antes para que me informaran si estaban preparados para alergias y me dijeron que si, que el niño podría comer del buffet, a lo que yo conteste que ningún alérgico puede comer de un buffet donde se mezclan cucharas de servir, que si era posible sacarle la comida de dentro y me dijeron que si, pero cuando mi hijo llego al hotel, nada de lo que yo había hablado se cumplió, ya que a el le volvieron a repetir que podía todo lo del buffet, pero mi hijo les dijo que no, que por favor se lo sacaran de cocina ya que puede existir contaminación cruzada.. total, que termino comiendo un plato de pasta con aceite y sal ya que el en ningún momento tuvo la confianza para comer otra cosa porque no encontró a nadie que le pudiera ayudar. Para el desayuno en su momento me dijeron que ellos no podían adaptarse a que yo les dijera que leche puede tomar, así que desayuno lo que el llevaba ya que al igual que por la noche tampoco encontró quien le ayudara, mas bien le pareció que estaban bastante mal informados. En estos tiempos que desgraciadamente las alergias y las intolerancias están a la orden del día, creo que por parte de un hotel por donde pasan tantísimas personas, se tienen que interesar un poco mas. No pido que hagan menús super elaborados, porque cuando vas de vacaciones con una alergia te tienes que adaptar, pero si que les pido que pongan un poco mas de interés ya que facilitarían mucho las vida de las personas que sufrimos una alergia y al igual que a todo el mundo nos gusta irnos de vacaciones. Large hotel located within the Olympic stadium. Very clean, with comfortable rooms. The bar opened at 8pm and the staff were very friendly, making it a great experience. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Finding the car park was a bit difficult as you have to drive around the whole stadium. Reasonably priced and quiet as there was no event on in the stadium.

I was travelling alone and have mobility issues so I need a hotel easy to navigate - whilst the hotel is slightly out of the center it is easy to reach by bus car or taxi plus is near to the airport The hotel is clean modern and welcoming - staff were extremely helpful offering advice about the up coming taxi strike and all the options - there are a couple of shops nearby if needed as well as a small selection of products available in the lobby Rooms are comfortable light and airy plus plenty of space I would recommend the hotel

Surpreendeume este hotel. Alem do preço a localização era boa apesar de ser longe da cidade. Bons acessos, local agradável. So reservei quarto pois apenas fiquei 2 dias e não tinha tempo de usufruir do hotel. Recomendo e voltaria a este se voltar a Sevilha. Quartos espaçosos com mini bar, limpeza boa, em apenas 2 dias trocaram-nos as toalhas de banho que achei que não havia necessidade.

Hotel that I booked because of the good reviews, but it doesn't really boast a 4-star rating. The room I had on the first floor made the AC very loud. It was a triple for single use, the beds were small. The hotel was full and I probably didn't get a good room. The hotel is well located if you are passing through and close to the northern ring road. It is very far from the ”beautiful” area. The room was not completely clean and the shower had very little water flow. But it is more than enough for one night, but the price of 130 euros is an exaggeration for this type of hotel.
