The floor in our room had missing pieces and you could see the carpet underneath the wooden panels. It faced the club so music was playing loud until 2am. There was no soap in the shower dispenser and no other toiletries. Staff was nice but there was no cafeteria on site or any other amenity. Very basic hostel to spend one night if needed but would not go back.

Reception staff: Before getting to the hotel we needed to speak to get some advice re are booking and we were met with quite a rude lady on the reception phone. It nearly put us off booking at this point. The male reception staff, cleaning staff and bar staff were lovely. Just one not so kind person. Rooms: No frills. This is not a 4 star hotel. No tea / coffee or drink facilities. No filled mini-bar. The toiletries were cheap and not very appealing. There was no shampoo etc....there was a push shower gel dispenser in the bath. The water was hot and bathroom clean however. The bed was comfortable enough and we had a good night sleep as we were high up but the window had to be closed as the noise from the road was significant. In terms of the television - missing lots of channels, old and not really in keeping with 4 star status. I don't want to create a wasteful society but they really do need an upgrade. Wifi excellent but nothing modern like a USB charger or anything remotely helpful to the international traveller. All in all, I would not be in a rush to go back here. It was very average and certainly NOT somewhere I would recommend to friends of family and I guess that is the sign of a decent hotel.

Very good hotel. Cleanliness, attention, breakfast. It is almost at the same door as Secanias Station. It is the center of Torrejón. Disadvantages: 1. It does not have airport services. 2. The bed is very small, so if you take a child, you cannot sleep three people at the same time.

The hotel is very good and I have been hosting several times,the only thing that needs to be put in more rules on co-existence because they don't let rest from 5 a.m. with so much noise from the baggage and more from the other guests. I have no sticks.

Oh goodness where to start.... After a couple of weeks of traveling we were ending our trip with a night at the AC Hotel near the airport for ease of travel the next morning. We arrived and met Carmen, she is AMAZING! Bottom line when my friend made the reservation she made it for October 30th, not October 29th, and the hotel was full. After some mad typing and serious looking on the computer Carmen found us the very last room in the hotel. The room was absolutely gorgeous, well appointed, and really comfortable, very sad we were only able to enjoy it for one evening. DON'T USE THE AIRPORT SHUTTLE!!!! So, the next morning, we used the airport shuttle service, OMG! The shuttle driver the next morning if it was on a rating system the star would have to start with a negative. She was unkind, unhelpful, and REALLY RUDE! Be aware when you are using this service you better do your research and know the specific terminal you are flying out of, not the airline, as she will rain hell down on your head. Thank goodness the staff in the hotel was so wonderful, professional, and terrific, couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend this property.

GGuest UserWe took it for its neighborhood to the Christmas city fairy, which had advised us to visit. It is close to, it has no deorbit price for being 4 stars, and it is rather a hotel for the IFEMA, airport, etc. As I say to be a 4 stars, because it is not anything from the other world. In our case, because the parking is outside, i.e. you can leave the car out because there is room, at the trat**** of an industrial polygonal area, but if something happens to the car, it is not the hotel thing, but let's go, good parking area. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. It was December 5, 2021, at 9 p.m. I have no sticks. If I have in a future to pass by T4 and do night in Madrid, I will think it is a good option. The hotel is very good and it is very good.
