BBaukje HWhen I was as an invalid guest asking for help with carrying one bag to my room, I was told that it was not our policy, to help guests, I stood there, I could hardly walk after a long journey. When I finally suggested that I would spend the whole night at the reception, there was (and this boy was really very kind) a receptionist who, after many weaking and weighing, was allowed to help me for a while. It is very difficult to ask for help as a disabled person, and if this is so terrible bone, refused by a notebook manager, you feel very bad. I filed a complaint, received 35 euros back, no backback anymore; I had to do it with it, throwing money and keeping your mouth, it came down. There was no coffee in the room, but when I told him I got a big mouth back from the same person, it was, it was, it was, it was, it was only tea, no matter what, I didn't go into discussion with this man. I was glad that next morning after a cup of coffee was ordered (and paid) at the reception (of the very nice receptionist) I could quickly leave this hotel. Absolutely no adviser so. PS The bed was fine, the room was OK. I would like to say that I have not been sending any negative reviews, but I would like to lose this.
