Absolutely fabulous Hotel, especially for business, great fast and free WIFI, proximity to Business areas, only 15 mins to downtown Nantes $20 euro in a taxi., 15 mins from Airport $22 euro in a taxi. The staff here made my stay great as they are very happy, helpful and speak English very well, some have lived in UK too previously and a very chatty and friendly. Rooms are very spacious, new and modern , large bathrooms and tea and coffee with kettle in room spotlessly clean to usual high Best Western Standards. I didn't try the spa or pool as I was busy on business. People tend to be on a company event or visiting on business from around France and other countries, a very cosmopolitan mix that I like. The free breakfast was outstanding too in a spacious breakfast room. The Restaurant is A la Carte and is absolutely fabulous, well staffed, timely, well priced and the food was amazing I don't normally have a full 4 or 5 course meal but I did here as it was so delicious, it is a top restaurant and is very busy lunchtimes as well as evenings. I highly recommend this Hotel and Restaurant, you will too so come on down.

Second stay at four months of interval. Spacious and freshly renovated room. Also new water room. Maybe there is a floor for toilet bags or a pater for towels; but it's really detail! The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is located in the heart of the city centre. We paid more for a lot of good in other institutions.

Very above, to avoid even escape. For a professional trip of 5 nights (from 30/10 to 04/11), I booked two rooms on 23/10 at 18:30 by phone, the announced price was for two rooms at 412€50, finding this very interesting price I passed a call at 19:00 to confirm The conditions that the person confirmed me well. My stay once finished I pass to the host the person tells me that she doesn't find the second room in her software and that she must look for more. She tells me the double in charge, explaining the situation she tells me that a trainee has already made this mistake and she would come with to not make this mistake again but she will still debit my account for the double of the announced price. I find it unhellable, because if I had been announced this price from the beginning, I might not have booked especially that other hotels are in the sector with better services. With regard to the rooms it is not exceptional, with a real defect of isolation, one of the rooms had even a heating problem ... Shortly very disappointed of this stay and treatment.

A great hotel. Nice room and nice bathroom, everything is clean, the bed is comfy and the hotel staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast is also pretty good and they take many precautions with regard to covid. We paid 56 € for a double room and 10 € each for breakfast. Very convenient

This was my first time travelling solo and I am so glad I chose this hotel! I felt so safe and all the staff were welcoming and understanding of the little French I speak, no issues with them when I spoke English! As I was previously worried this would come across as rude of me but they made me feel so welcome. The bus stops right outside the hotel so transport is great! I recommend getting the Nantes pass for anyone planning on using the transport or activities often. The room was clean and spacious, and I have to say the bathrooms are so nice! Provided with shampoo, soap and body wash. As well as complimentary tea and coffee. I really enjoyed the vast choice of food at breakfast, and on my last night I treated myself to the food. It was delicious. I was quite full and the staff gave me my dessert to take up to my room so I didn’t miss out Thank you so much for making this a great experience for me. Your staff are such a value to the hotel and I couldn’t be happier!

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à seulement 15 minutes en taxi de l'aéroport de Nantes et à 5 minutes à pied d'un grand centre commercial. Je suis venu dans le cadre d'un examen dans une école d'informatique à proximité, donc l'emplacement était parfait pour moi. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel, et la chambre était spacieuse et propre. J'ai passé une nuit très calme, sans aucun bruit. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et de qualité. Si je dois revenir dans la région, je choisirai cette hôtel sans hésiter.

Hôtel bien situé à Atlantis avec parking privé ; réception 24/24 donc très pratique ; Check in rapide et efficace . Le soucis porte sur le design de l’hôtel , peu de rangement, grosse perte d’espace en chambre a cause de mobilier unserviable, salle de bain minuscule. Tous les éléments sont très haut fortement déconseillé aux personnes de petite taille ; idem au petit déjeuner j’ai du demander à quelqu’un de m’attraper les ustensiles placés bien trop haut ! Franchement c’est ridicule le design c’est bien le pratique c’est mieux !

GGuest UserA great hotel. Nice room and nice bathroom, everything is clean, the bed is comfy and the hotel staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast is also pretty good and they take many precautions with regard to covid. We paid 56 € for a double room and 10 € each for breakfast. Very convenient

For a professional trip of 5 nights (from 30/10 to 04/11), I booked two rooms on 23/10 at 18:30 by phone, the announced price was for two rooms at 412€50, finding this very interesting price I passed a call at 19:00 to confirm The conditions that the person confirmed me well. My stay once finished I pass to the host the person tells me that she doesn't find the second room in her software and that she must look for more. She tells me the double in charge, explaining the situation she tells me that a trainee has already made this mistake and she would come with to not make this mistake again but she will still debit my account for the double of the announced price. I find it unhellable, because if I had been announced this price from the beginning, I might not have booked especially that other hotels are in the sector with better services. With regard to the rooms it is not exceptional, with a real defect of isolation, one of the rooms had even a heating problem ... Shortly very disappointed of this stay and treatment.

CcharlottecE8284LSThis was my first time travelling solo and I am so glad I chose this hotel! I felt so safe and all the staff were welcoming and understanding of the little French I speak, no issues with them when I spoke English! As I was previously worried this would come across as rude of me but they made me feel so welcome. The bus stops right outside the hotel so transport is great! I recommend getting the Nantes pass for anyone planning on using the transport or activities often. The room was clean and spacious, and I have to say the bathrooms are so nice! Provided with shampoo, soap and body wash. As well as complimentary tea and coffee. I really enjoyed the vast choice of food at breakfast, and on my last night I treated myself to the food. It was delicious. I was quite full and the staff gave me my dessert to take up to my room so I didn’t miss out Thank you so much for making this a great experience for me. Your staff are such a value to the hotel and I couldn’t be happier!
